IIST 2024 Application Form has been released for UG Courses. It can be filled till 7th June 2024 for PG courses. IIST 2024 is a national level admission procedure conducted by the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST). It is organized for the candidates for admission into various UG & PG courses. Admission will be offered to the candidates on the basis of the various entrance examination such as JEE Advanced, UGC NET, GATE, JEST, etc. Candidates with the minimum qualifying marks in the examination will be eligible to get admission in IIST. • Candidates are able to submit IIST PG 2024 application form from 24th May 2024.
• IIST 2024 application form for UG courses has been released from 3rd June 2024.
• Candidates are able to fill out the application form through online mode only, no offline mode is provided.
• It is necessary to fulfil the eligibility criteria before proceeding to fill out the application form.
• Students must fill the application form by providing the details like name, academic details, email ID, phone number, etc.

Application Fee:

• Application fee for Male, General/ EWS/ OBC-NCL candidates will be of Rs. 600/-.
• Rs. 300/– will be the application fee for Female, SC/ ST/ PWD category candidates.
• Candidates will be able to submit the fee through online mode only.
• Online facility such as Debit card, Credit card, and Net banking will be available to submit the fee.
• The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

For UG Courses:

• Qualification: Applying candidates must pass class 12^th intermediate or equivalent from any recognized board.
• Age Limit: For General category, candidates must be born on or after 1^st October 1998. The 5 year of age relaxation will be given to the reserved category candidates.
• Marks: Candidates must obtain at least 75% marks (65% for reserved category) in the qualifying exam.
• Citizenship: Applying candidates must be an Indian citizen to be eligible for the admission.
• Subject: Candidates with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) subjects in the qualifying exam will be eligible to apply.
• Entrance Test: Admission will be given to the candidates on the basis of +2 and JEE Advanced 2024 scores.

For PG Courses:

• Qualification: Candidates with a B.Tech./ BE/ M.Sc or equivalent degree holder from any recognized institute will be eligible.
• Marks: Candidates must score at least 60% marks (55% marks for reserved category) in the qualifying exam to apply.
• Age Limit: Age of the candidate’s must not be more than 32 years.
• Score Card: A valid score in GATE/ UGC NET/ JEST exam will be required.

How to Fill IIST 2024 Application Form

Here we have provided the complete step by step IIST 2024 apply procedure:

• Visit the online website of IIST (Link is given above).
• On the homepage, click on the “Apply Now” tab to proceed
• After registration process, the system will generate the IIST registration number and password.
• Now login using allotted details and start filing the application form.
• Fill the application form with details like personal, educational qualification, phone number, etc.
• Upload the scanned images of photograph which will be used for JEE Advanced 2024 registration.
• The scanned signature will also be required to uploaded in Jpg or Jpeg format.
• Submit the prescribed amount of application fee through online payment gateways.
• Recheck and verify the filled details in the application form and submit the form.
• The receipt of payment will be confirmed through registered E-mail ID and mobile number.
• Take a hardcopy of the filled application form for further usage in admission procedure.
