IIMC 2025 Counselling

All registered candidates will have to pay the registration fee for the general category, Rs.1000/—, and the fee for SC/ ST candidates, Rs. 750/-. Candidates who have paid the registration fee successfully will be required to submit the Institute/ campus and program/ course in order of their preference.

The system shows only the valid choices based on the application form details submitted by the candidates. Candidates can fill multiple number of choices in the order of preference. All CUET PG qualified & eligible candidates are required to register for IIMC counselling process.

Candidates are also given choice if they want to change, or re-order their choices. In this case, they can delete the earlier choices and add new choices any number of times until they lock their final choice.

IIMC 2025 Counselling Schedule

The university will conduct the counselling through online mode. The complete counselling schedule will be provided by the university after a few days of the publication of the merit list.

The counselling has been started after the publication of written result. It will start in last week of April 2025. The interview will be conducted in the month of August 2025.

The verification of the documents and the choice filling takes place at the counselling venue only. After the allotted time period of the counselling, no candidate will be allowed to participate in the counselling.

IIMC Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility for IIMC 2025 will be as follows:

• Qualification: The candidate must qualify for the CUET (PG) 2025 exam and must have an All India Rank (AIR).
• Academic Requirement: The candidates must have bachelor’s degree from any recognized university/ institute.
• Age Criteria: The upper age limit for general category must be 35 years. For SC/ ST/ PWD, 30 years and for OBC-NCL age must be 28 years.
• Appearing: Those candidates appearing in final year examination 2025 will be also eligible.

IIMC 2025 Counselling Procedure

Candidates must register for IIMC 2025 Counselling procedure in last week of April 2025.  The authority will send the call letter to the qualified candidates inviting them for group discussion and personal interview. For Seat Acceptance, candidates will be required to submit Rs. 20,000 as Seat Acceptance Fee.

Candidates must carry their original documents along with them at the time of counselling for the verification. After the selection of the candidates, the final selection list of candidates will be released.

Documents required to attend the counselling:

• 10^th/12^th Passing Certificate
• 10^th/12^th Marksheet
• Graduation Marksheet
• Graduation Certificate
• Category Certificate
• Valid Photo ID proof
• Passport size photographs
• Counselling fee

Seat Allotment

The seat allotment process will be carried out as per the business rule. Only those candidates who have filled the choices are eligible for seat allocation.

The choices finally submitted by the candidates or auto-locked by the system are processed in order of rank and candidate preference approved by the Seat Allotment Algorithm.

The seats are allotted in the order of merit as per All India Rank (AIR) and also on the basis of applicable reservation criteria.

IIMC Admission 2025

After the completion of the online counselling, the selected candidates have to complete the admission formalities. Candidates have to report for admission along with the generated admission letter.

At the time of admission, candidates also have to submit the admission fee to get final admission. It is necessary to submit the original documents to the allotted department.

The admission will be allotted to the candidates only within the prescribed time period of the admission mentioned in the admission letter.
