All India Entrance Examination for Admission (AIEEA) is a national level entrance exam conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). This exam is conducted to provide admission into various UG, PG and Doctoral courses. Admission for AIEEA UG will be based on the basis of CUET UG scores. ICAR AIEEA 2024 Counselling
The counselling of ICAR AIEEA 2024 will be organized through online mode for both UG and PG courses. Exam qualified candidates will be able to take part in counselling procedure. For participating in counselling procedure, candidates will need to download their call letters. For UG courses, counselling will be organized as per different colleges/ institutes.
Candidates will be able to submit the counselling fee through online mode. It will be mandatory for students to submit the counselling fee at the time of counselling. The admission will be given on the basis of rank of candidates on merit list. Candidates must take part in online counselling to get admission in the agriculture institutes/ universities.

ICAR AIEEA 2024 Counselling Procedure
The counselling procedure of ICAR AIEEA 2024 will be mentioned below:
Registration on Counselling Portal:
Students will be required to sign a Declaration and Undertaking at the time of registration for participating in the online counselling process. Candidates must remember if information submitted by candidates will be found to be fraudulent or incorrect at any stage. Seat allotted to candidates will be canceled without any further reference and Seat Acceptance Fee paid shall be forfeited.
Eligible candidates will be registered by paying a non-refundable registration fee of Rs.500/- through online payment gateway by using any Credit Card/ RuPay/ Debit Card/ Net Banking and UPI. Only eligible candidates will be able to log on to online counselling portal by using their login credentials provided through SMS/ E-mail. In case if candidates forgot their login ID and password, then the login ID and password will be recoverable.
Choice Filling:
Students declared eligible for counselling after the entrance exam under different categories shall be permitted to make choices of courses/ universities in stipulated time period. Only those programmes will be displayed whose eligibility qualifications are filled by candidates and same as for universities.
Students will be able to select the subject and university one by one. Candidates are advised to fill a maximum number of choices. There will be provision to add/ modify/ delete choice of subjects/ universities during stipulated time period.
Further, provision for interchange/ upward movement/ downward movement will also be available and permissible. Candidates will be able to update their choices any number of times before the last date. The registered candidates who do not fill any choices or fail to save them by closing time will not be considered for seat allotment and admission. The login ID will be provided to all participating institutes to access the online counselling portal.
Online Uploading of Documents:
Eligible candidates who allotted seats (subject to document verification and payment of Seat Acceptance Fee) will be intimated through E-mail and SMS about the allotted course and university/ institute and they will be able to download the allotment letter from the portal. Students will not be required to physically report at the admitting universities/ institute during any round of counselling.
Students will need to upload all the relevant documents within a stipulated time period on the counselling portal for verification by concerned universities/ institutes. No documents will be entertained from candidate through any other mode like email/ whatsapp etc. Only JPEG files will be allowed to upload. Files in other formats like PDF and DOC are not accepted. More than one sheet will be uploaded one by one.
Online Verification of Documents:
The verification of documents uploaded by candidates shall be done by verifying officers of the allotted university/ institute. Document Verifying Officer of university/ institute will download such documents, verify them with the details given by the candidate in application form and mark them as verified. The time permitted for submitting the document will be till 12:00 noon of next calendar date.
Deposition of Seat Acceptance Fee:
Students will be able to opt for “Upgradation” after depositing the Seat Acceptance Fee. Once the documents will be verified by the university/ institute, students will be required to pay the non-refundable seat acceptance fee of Rs 10000/-.
Issue of Provisional Admission Letter:
After verification of uploaded documents of candidate, payment of Seat Acceptance Fee by candidate and reconciliation of admission status of candidate after completion of final reporting by universities. A Provisional Admission Letter will be issued to admitted candidates through email.
Upgradation:
After the first round of allotment, some candidates will be allotted their 2nd/3rd/4th or even lower choice. On the other hand, some seats remain vacant due non-reporting or the reason of in-eligibility etc. If a candidate is not satisfied with their seats, then their allotted seat will be retained by them. The allotted university will upgrade their seat and candidates will have to accept the upgraded seat. So candidates must be very careful in exercising the request for upgradation.
Physical Reporting at the Finally Allotted University:
At last, candidates will need to report to the allotted university for producing all original documents for physical verification by the university. Also candidates will have to deposit the balance amount of admission fee and original certificates otherwise the provisional admission of candidates will be canceled.

ICAR AIEEA 2024 Cut Off
The cut off of ICAR AIEEA 2024 will be released after a few days of declaration of result. Candidates will be able to access through online mode. The authority will release it category wise. The cut off scores for various categories will be prepared on the basis of difficulty of questions and score earned by candidates in exam. The cut off will be minimum scores required to qualify the entrance exam. There will be separate cut offs for different categories.

ICAR AIEEA 2024 Seat Allotment
The ICAR AIEEA 2024 seat allotment will be released by the authority. Students participating in the counselling procedure will be issued seat allotment. Students will need to upload the required documents after seat allotment and pay the seat acceptance fee of Rs. 10000/-.
After the counselling process, the deserving candidates will be allotted seats in the universities/ institutes of agriculture. Three seat allotment round and one mop-up round allocation will be used to distribute seats among the participating institutes.
What After ICAR AIEEA 2024 Seat Allotment?
After the seat allotment process, students will be able to opt for upgradation after depositing the Seat Acceptance Fee. After the first round of allotment, some students will be allotted their 2nd/ 3rd/ 4th or even lower choices. On the other hand, some seats remain vacant due to non- reporting or the reason of in-eligibility etc.
If a candidate does not get a better choice then their initially allotted seat will be retained by them. If candidates get a better choice, then their initially allotted seat will stand forfeited and students will need to accept the upgraded seat. Once the upgradation process will be done, students should contact the concerned university and verify the date of registration and additional document requirements (if any).
Students at the time of registration/ attending the classes in the finally allotted university or as per requirement of the admitting university shall produce all the documents for physical verification by the university.
After submitting the seat acceptance fee initially paid during the counselling, students will need to pay the balance amount of fee to the university for confirming admission. If any student fails to submit the balance admission fee and original certificates, the provisional admission of the candidate will be canceled and their claim for admission will stand forfeited.
