TS Polycet 2025 Application Form

TS Polycet 2025 Application form will be accessed through online mode. The online registration will begin in February 2025. Candidates will be allowed to submit the form till April 2025. Last year the registration form was released on 27th February 2024 and candidates can fill out applications till 22nd April 2024 without a late fee. With a late fee of Rs.100, students were allowed to apply till 24th April 2024. 

Candidates are advised to fill out the application form carefully and affix the passport-size photograph in the application form. While applying attach all the required documents in the size and format prescribed by the authority to avoid form rejection.

Application Fee:

TS Polycet application form fee will be Rs. 500/- (General) and Rs. 250/- for SC/ ST candidates. Candidates can deposit the application fee by online payment gateways. Once the application fee is submitted candidates will not get any refund.

Step-1: Visit the Website:

• Click on the “Fill Application” button.
• Fill in your 10^th (SSC) hall ticket number, date of birth, and year of passing.
• Now, click on “Show Application”.
• In case of forgetting password, click on ‘login; or ‘forget password’ button.

Step-2:  Fill Personal Details:

• Address Details: Fill in the complete address details as House no., Village/Street, Mandal/Town/City, District, mobile number, and pin code.
• Exam City: Fill in the city at your convenience in which you want to appear for the test.
• Name: Fill one letter in each box and leave a gap in your name and surname. Full name as per your school records.
• Father’s Name: Fill your father’s name as mentioned on your school certificates.
• DOB: Fill date of birth in DD MM YYYY format (Date/Month/Year).
• Reservation category: Fill in your caste/category if you belong to the reserved category.
• Sign the declaration as per your physical fitness.

Step-3: Upload Photo & Signature:

• Click on ‘browse; button choose the file and click on ‘upload’ button to upload images.
• Upload your photograph and signature also and do not staple or sign on them.
• Attach the required document in the asked size and format.

Step-4: Pay the Application Fee:

• Submit the application form which is duly signed by a parent/guardian to your nearest computer operator at the nearest AP online/Meeseva/Payment gateway/ Net Banking/Help Line Centre.
• Pay the application fee in cash.

Step-5: Take Printout Of Application:

• After submitting the application form and fees take a printout of the same for further use.
• Keep the printout saved till the admission is over it may be used.
