Application form will be provided to the students through offline mode. Karnataka Polytechnic 2025 Application Form will be made accessible by candidates in second week of May 2025.

Step-1: Download Application Form

• Visit the website of exam conducting authority.
• The application form will be opened.
• Download and take printouts of the application form.

Step-2: Fill Application Form & Attach Documents

• Fill all the necessary details in the application form carefully.
• Candidates will have to fill personal, educational, communication, course applying and other details in the application form.
• Paste a recent passport size colored photograph in the given space.
• Attach all the required documents in the application form.
• Candidates will have to attach the attested copies of the required documents.

Step-3: Fee Payment

• Visit any of the nearest branch of SBI bank.
• Obtain the counterfoil of the challan.
• Now, pay the application fee to the account specified by the authority.
• Candidates must take a proof fee payment for further use.

Step-4: Submit Application Form

• After the application fee payment, attach all required documents including fee payment proof in the application form.
• Visit the nearest “Document Verification Centers” in person with all the required documents.
• The application form will be submitted at the document verification centre.
• The list of document verification centers will be mentioned in the information bulletin.
• Students will also be required to carry their original documents along with an application form at the document verification centre.

Karnataka Polytechnic 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Students will be required to fulfill the given eligibility to apply for Karnataka Polytechnic 2025:

• Nationality: Only Indian Citizens will be eligible to apply for polytechnic admission.
• Qualification: Students must have completed their 10th or equivalent exam from any recognized board.
• Marks: Applicants must obtain a minimum of 35% marks in their 10th level examination.
• Subject: Candidates must pass with Mathematics and Science as compulsory subjects in the qualifying exam.
• Appearing: Those students appearing in their qualifying exam will also be eligible to apply.
