Karnataka PGCET 2025 Application Form

The Application Form for Karnataka PGCET 2025 will be made available in the fourth week of May 2025. Candidates will be able to fill the details in the application till the third week of June 2025. Students must pay the fee in the bank till the third week of June 2025. Students will have to fill the form through online mode but fee will be paid through offline mode.

Students while filling the application must take care of the details filled in the form to be correct as no modification will be allowed later in the form. After filling the details and submitting the form, candidates must take printouts of the application.

How to Fill Karnataka PGCET 2025 Application

Karnataka PGCET 2025 Application Form will be filled by the students by online mode in the fourth week of May 2025. To fill the application form, candidates will be follow the given below steps:

Registration:

Candidates will have to first visit the website of Karnataka PGCET for the registration process. Now candidates will have to click on the option of ‘New User? Register here’ provided on the website. 

Now fill the registration basic details such as name, contact details, email id, mobile number, gender and other asked details. After this candidates will receive a User ID and Password on the provided email ID and mobile number.  Note down the login details for future login.

Filling the Application Form:

After the successful registration, now candidates will have to fill up the application form. Login using the login credentials provided during the registration process. Now fill up your personal, academic, contact and other required details in the application form. Now click on save and next option.

Uploading the Required Documents:

In this step, candidates will have to upload their scanned copies of recent colored photograph, signature, left thumb impression and parent signature. The documents must be uploaded by the candidates as per the specifications mentioned by the authority. Uploading of documents in wrong format and size will lead to cancellation of the application form.

After uploading the documents according to the mentioned specifications, click on ‘Save and Next’ option. A declaration will appear on the screen. Read the declaration and submit the application form.

Verifying and Submitting the Application:

Candidates after the uploading process must go through the entire details filled in the application form. Make modification or correction in case required in any place. Now click on ‘Agree’ button after reading all the details. Candidates must note that no correction/ modification will be allowed in the application after the final submission.

Payment of Application Fee:

The last step of Application process is to make payment of the application fee. The application fee will be paid by the candidates at any branch of the specified bank through challan. Applicants of General category have to pay Rs.650 while the reserved category candidates will have to pay Rs.500 as application fee.

Candidates after the fee payment are advised to retain a proof of the fee payment for further future references. Take out the print out of the application form and keep it safely for further use in admission process.

Karnataka PGCET 2025 Application Form will be filled by online mode only from the website. No application form will be accepted by the authority through any other mode. Candidates must fill the details in the form carefully as no modification will be made after form submission.
