Jharkhand Polytechnic 2025 Application

The Jharkhand Polytechnic 2025 Application Form will be released in February 2025 and candidates and submit it till March 2025. Last year’s application process began on 21st February 2024 and candidates were allowed to submit it till 21st March 2024. 

Candidates are required to submit the application form before the deadline and once the form submission window is closed no application will be accepted.

The application form will be provided through an online process. There will be no other mode to fill out the application form. Candidates are required to fill out the form correctly and very carefully as the authority will not provide any application correction facility. Errors in the application may lead to form rejection.

The Application fees for various categories are given below:

• General candidates/ OBC – II candidates – Rs. 650/-
• ST/ SC/ Female candidates – Rs. 325/-

How to Fill Jharkhand Polytechnic Application 2025

Candidates must fill out the online application form by visiting the official link.

Step-1: Fill Application Form

• Visit the online website (link to apply will be provided above).
• Click on the ‘Polytechnic entrance competitive exam 2025’ link.
• Click on the link “Apply online” button.
• Now, click on “New Registration” link.
• Candidates are advised to read the instructions and Information Bulletin carefully along with eligibility criteria, if agreed then they should proceed to fill out the online Application.
• Application Forms will be displayed on the screen.

Step-1.1: Fill Personal Information:

• Fill in all the personal details like Name, Father Name, Mother Name, Gender,  Domicile, DOB, Category, Aadhaar Number, Residential Eligibility, etc.
• After filling in all the details, Tick the check box.
• Then, click on “Save & Next” button.

Step-1.2: Fill Educational Information:

• Now, Fill your education details such as roll number, passing status, college name, stream, etc.
• Then click on “Save & Next” button.

Note: Candidates are required to enter all the details as mentioned in the certification and mark sheet.

Step-1.3: Fill Communication Details:

• Fill your communication details (address), locality, city, district, mobile number, e-mail ID, etc.
• Then, click on “Save & Next” button
• Choose a strong password & click on “Set Password” button.

Step-2: Upload Scanned Images

• In this step, you have to upload your pre-scanned images of your photo, signature, and your thumb impression.
• Click on upload images button.
• You have to upload your photograph, signature & thumb impression in a given format & size.
• The maximum size allowed is 500 KB.
• After uploading the scanned images, click on “Save & Next” button.
• Now, check all the field details.
• If any correction is needed, click on “Modify” button.
• If not, then, click on “Proceed to Payments”
• Once you click on submit, you cannot change your details.

Step-3: Payment

• Candidate pays the fee through a payment gateway (credit card/debit card/net banking).
• For Online Payment Go to “click on for proceed to payment”.

Candidates can fill and submit the application form only through the online process, no other mode will be entertained to fill and submit the Jharkhand Polytechnic application form. By hand submission of application will not be permitted.

Applications will be rejected for those who are ineligible, have provided incorrect details, submitted false or uncorrected documents, failed to pay the application fee, or missed the application deadline.
