How to Fill CG PPT 2025 Application Form

Before filling out the application form, candidates must be ready with a passport-size photograph (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm). Candidates have to follow the mentioned steps for How to Fill CG PPT Application Form 2025.

Step-1: Visit Official Site

  • Visit the official site of CG PPT 2025 (link is given above).
  • Search the link “New Registration”.
  • Click on the link.
  • The Application Form will be opened.
  • Fill in your name and mobile number and click on the ‘Get OTP’ option.
  • Read the instructions carefully & proceed further.

Step-2: Fill Personal & Course Details

Before filling out the application form, candidates have to fill in their basic details. The details are Are you a citizen of India, Exam Applied for, Name of the Candidates, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Mother’s Name, Category, Gender, Roll Number of 10th Class, CG Domicile, etc.

Step-3: Upload Scanned Images & Fill Other Details

Now, Candidates have to upload their photographs & signatures. To upload scanned images, follow these instructions.

  • Click on the link “Download Image Format”.
  • Take the printout of the Image Format.
  • Paste the photograph.
  • Write your Name & put the signature in the given box.
  • Now, scan the image format in a JPG/JPEG Format.
  • Save the scanned image.
  • The size of the image should be a minimum of 40 KB and a maximum of 60 KB.
  • Upload the Scanned Image Format by clicking on the “Browse” button.

Candidates also have to fill in other details such as Religion, BPL Family status, J&K Migrant Status, “Krishak” Family Status, Two Identification Marks, Mobile Number, Email, House No, Street Name, City/Village, Post Office, District, State, Exam City Preference, etc.

Step-4: Accept Declaration

  • Now, Candidates have to read the declaration carefully.
  • Click on the “I Agree”.
  • Accept the declaration.
  • Enter the security code.
  • Click on the “Submit” button.
  • A Confirm window will be displayed on the screen.
  • If candidates need correction in filled details, click on the “Edit” button.
  • Click on the “Continue” button to submit the form.
  • Candidates will receive a “Registration ID” in their registered email ID & mobile number after successful submission of the application form.

Step-5: Fee Payment

After filling out the application form, candidates have to submit the application fee. The application fee is Rs. 200 for general category, Rs. 150 for OBC category & Rs. 100 for SC/ST category. Candidates from Chhattisgarh state are not required to pay any application fee. The fee can be paid through credit card/debit card/net banking.

  • Click on the “Pay” button.
  • The New Window will be opened where “Registration Initiated” is written.
  • Enter your “Registration Number” & “Payment” details & submit the fee.
  • Take the printout of the application form after the fee payment.

CG PPT 2024 Application Form

Candidates can get the CG PPT 2025 application form through online mode. The link to fill out the application form is activated from 17th March 2025 and candidates are allowed to fill it till 11th April 2025.

Applications are only allowed to submit online so there is no need to send a print copy of the application form by post. However, candidates are suggested to take the printout of the filled application form for future use. All interested candidates are advised to submit the application form within the deadline as once the registration is closed no forms or requests will be entertained by the exam authority.

Candidates are advsied to fill out the application forms very carefully as the authority will be providing an application correction facility but not all the files will be allowed to be edited.
