BCECE Application Form 2025
BCECE 2025 application form will be released in the third week of of April 2025. Last year the form was released on 19th April 2024. Candidates will get the BCECE 2025 Application Form through the online mode from the official link.
Candidates will be allowed to fill out the application form by last week of May 2025. Candidates will have to fill out PART A & PART B and save it for further use.

Step 1: Registration
- Go to the official site. (Link will be given above)
- Read the instructions carefully.
- Click on “New Registration”.
- Fill in your Name, Course group, Date of birth, residential eligibility, reservation category, and other required fields.
- Now, you have to fill Mobile number/Email address and password.
- After filling in all details, click on “Sign up” button.
- Now, you have to review and confirm your data before submission.
- If your data is correct click on “Confirm” button.
- After that, you will get an activation link on your email ID.
- Click on “Click Here to Verify/Activate” link.
- Enter activation code given on email ID & click on “submit” button.
Step 2: Personal Information
- Login with “Email ID” & “Password”.
- Fill in your personal details such as father’s name, mother’s name, gender, and mark of identification, Do you claim Service Man Quota (SMQ)? address, etc.
- After filling in all details, click on “Save & Continue” button.
- Fill in the required entries carefully.
Step 3: Upload Images
After filling in the basic details candidates have to upload their scanned photograph and signature in the given boxes. After filling in all the details and uploading the scanned images, click on “Save & Continue” for the further process.
Step 4: Education Information
Now candidates have to “Fill the Educational Information”. In this step, candidates have to fill in their educational information X & XII school name, board, passing status, and year of passing. After filling in the details, candidates have to click on the “Save & Continue” button.
After filling in the educational information, candidates will be asked to “review and confirm the data before submission”. Here in this step, candidates click on “Yes, I confirm my data to be correct” to proceed further.
Step 5: Preview Your Application
Before fee payment, candidates must preview their application. Check all the details are correct & pay the fee.
Step 6: Fee Payment
Candidates have to log in/sign up with the given registration number and password. After successful login candidates have to deposit the application form fee. The fee will be submitted through Online Payment.
Online Payment: If candidates have to deposit their fee through an online process they have to click on the button “Online Payment” link. After that, they will deposit the fee via Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card that is provided in the website. The fee will be paid with a Transaction Processing Charge or Service Tax.
Step 7: Download Application
After completing all the steps, candidates may download the application forms PART A and PART B for future use. Also, candidates can print their address slips. Candidates should save the print copy of an application for future use.
