Assam Polytechnic PAT 2025 Application Form

The application form will be released in the first week of June 2025. Students will be able to fill out the Assam Polytechnic PAT 2025 Application Form through the website. No offline mode will be available to fill out the application form.

For the session 2024, the Assam PAT application was released on 1st June 2024 and candidtes were allowed to submit the application form till 20th June 2024. Once the application form submission window is closed no application will be accepted by the authority. Candidates will be required to fill in all the details carefully in the application form.

Candidates should not that the authority will provide an application correction facility but through the edit window, they will be not allowed to make changes to all the fields. Only a few fields will be allowed to be corrected.

Assam PAT 2025 application correction window will be only open for a few days and to use the facility candidates will be first required to login with the help of a registration number and password.

Application Fee:

The application fee for Assam PAT 2025 exam will be Rs. 300/-. Bank charges are also applicable. Candidates will have to pay the required application fee through online mode.

How to Fill Assam Polytechnic PAT 2025 Application Form

Step-1: Registration

• Visit the official website link (Link will be given above).
• A new registration page will be opened.
• Click on “Register” button.
• Fill in the required registration details and submit it.

Step-2: Fill Details & Upload Images

• After registration, the application form is opened.
• Now, enter the personal, communication, qualification & other required details carefully.
• After filling in the details, upload the scanned images of photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
• The images should be as per the specifications prescribed by the authority.
• The image size should not exceed 100KB and it should be in JPG format.
• After uploading the images, an “Application Number” will be generated.
• Note down the application number and keep it safe for further use.

Step-3: Fee Payment

• Read all the instructions carefully and click on the “Next” button to proceed with fee payment.
• The payment portal of state bank collection will be opened.
• Enter the required details like Application number, Candidate Name, Exam Centre, Date of Birth, and Contact Number.
• Now, choose the option to pay the application fee through online or offline mode.
• In online mode, candidates can pay through debit cards, credit cards, and net banking.
• Candidates must keep safe the printout of the bank challan for further use.

Step-4: Print Application Form

• After the successful fee payment, candidates are eligible to take a printout of the application form.
• No hard copy of the application form should be submitted to the Directorate of Technical Education, Assam.
• Candidates can also check the status of their application form through login.
• One hardcopy of the application candidates should take for any further use.

As the Assam PAT examination has been discontinued there will be no admit card, answer key, or result of the examination. Those who will complete the registration process successfully will get admission merit-based. The exam authority will be releasing a merit list mentioning the names of the candidates on the respective website who can be processed for the next step.
