How to Fill Assam CEE 2025 Application Form

Candidates can fill the application form through the following steps:

Step-1: Visit Official Link

• Visit the application form link (link will be given above).
• Click on the button “Register Now”.
• Read all the instructions carefully before filling the application.
• Fill in the registration details like name, mobile number, Email ID & password.
• Click on the “Register” button.
• After registration, log in again with the generated ID & password to fill out the application.

Step-2: Fill Details

Candidates are required to fill in the following details in the application form:

Personal Details: Candidates Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Nationality, Date of Birth, Are you a permanent resident of Assam, Qualifying examination.

Address, Category & Exam Centre Details: Address, City, District, Mobile Number, STD Code, PIN code, State, Telephone Number, Email ID, Category, Exam Center, etc.

Step-3: Upload Scanned Images

• Students have to upload the scanned images of a photograph & signature in the prescribed format.
• The images should be scanned in JPG or JPEG format.
• A passport-size colored photograph  (with a blue/white background). Dimension should be Height (250 pixels and 320 pixels) & Width (150 pixels and 220 pixels).
• Size of photograph should be a maximum of 35 KB and a minimum of 20 KB.
• Scanned signature dimension should be Height (100 pixels and 180 pixels) & Width (150 pixels and 220 pixels).
• Size of Signature should be a maximum 30 KB and a minimum 15 KB.
• Go through the image upload option.
• Select the scanned images of photograph & signature and upload them.

Step-4: Fee Payment

• After the submission of the application form, students are required to pay a fee.
• The application fee is Rs. 1100/- for all candidates.
• The fee can be submitted online using “State Bank Collect” which facilitates payment through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking.
• Candidates are advised to keep safe their fee payment receipt after depositing the fee.

Step-5: Print Application

• Students can take printouts of the application form after the confirmation of fee payment.
• Candidates have to enter their Application Form Number/Username and Password to take printout of the application.
• Students should preserve the printed application for further use.
• There is no need to send the application form to the authority.

Assam CEE 2025 Application Form

Students can get the Assam CEE 2025 Application Form via online mode through the website. Candidates can fill out the application form from second week of March 2025 through the website of conducting authority. Candidates have to submit their application form with valid and authentic details only.

Candidates will be able to submit the application by first week of April 2025. No offline application form is available for this exam. Candidates should take a print copy of the application for future use.

Assam CEE Application Correction 2025

Exam conducting authority will also provide candidates with the facility to make correction on their Assam CEE 2025 online application form. The link to edit the registration form will be activated in the second week of April 2025.

Candiates can make changes to the application form only through online mode. No offline mode to correct the application will be entertained by ASTU. Edit window for the Assam CEE 2025 session registration will be open for a few days only.

Applicants should note that they will not be allowed to make changes to all the fields. Only some particular sections will be editable during the correction facility. A list of fields allowed to change will be made available along with the Assam CEE 2025 session notification.
