AIIMS MBBS 2025 Application Form 

AIIMS MBBS 2025 Application Form has been released on 7th February 2025. Online registration can be done till 7th March 2025. Candidates can not fill the AIIMS application form through any other mode, except online mode.

Candidates have to fill all the registration details carefully along with educational and personal details in the application form. Do not forget to take the printout of the application form and keep it safe till the admission procedure.

Application Fee:

The Fee payment can be done through online mode, candidates have to use debit card/credit card/net banking & E-Challan facility. Fee can be paid at the time of final registration.

The application fee for General is Rs. 1700/- and Rs 1600/- for General EWS/ OBC – NCL category and for SC/ST, it is Rs. 1000/-. Candidates from outside India will be required to pay Rs. 9500/-.

How to Fill AIIMS 2025 Application Form

AIIMS 2025 application form filling procedure consists of six steps:

Basic Registration:

Step-1: Registration
Step-2: Upload Images
Step-3: Print Application

Final Registration:

Step-4: Qualification and Address Details
Step-5: Make Payment
Step-6: City Choice
Step-7: Print of Confirmation Page

Basic Registration:

Check the given below steps to fill the AIIMS application form:

Step-1: Registration:

• Go to the online website link (Link is provided above)
• A new page is displayed on the screen.
• Click on the “Click here for New Basic Registration” button.
• Read the information given therein and click on ‘Proceed’ button.
• Read all steps given for filling application form and start your registration process.
• Enter course applying, Personal details, Contact details, ID Proof number and contact details.
• Read the declaration of eligibility and tick on the given box and then click on ‘Generate Registration ID & Password’ button.
• A Candidate ID & Password for future logins will be generated on your screen.
• Use your login details such as generated ID and password.
• Read all information that is mentioned by you is correct or not.

Step-2: Upload Images:

• Candidates have to upload the scanned images of signature, photograph and thumb impression.
• Click on ‘Choose File’ button and select the file.
• Upload scanned image of photo (size should be in between 50-100 KB), signature and thumb impression (size limit will be 20-100 KB).
• Images should be in JPG, JPEG, GIF & PNG format.
• Click on ‘Accept’ and after uploading of each image you will get the message of uploading of it.
• Tick on Declaration and click on ‘Proceed to next step’.

Step-3: Print Application Page:

• After uploading the images, the filled-in application form will be displayed on the screen.
• Check all the details carefully.
• Click on the “Print” button and take printout of it.

Basic Registration Details:

• Basic Registration will be screened and if found in order, including uploaded images, Basic Registration will be ACCEPTED.
• If Rejected, the deficiencies will be corrected.
• Only those applicants whose Basic Registration gets ACCEPTED will have to proceed for Final Registration (Steps 3-6).
• Once ACCEPTED the Basic Registration will be stored and the Applicant will continue with Final Registration in future.

Final Registration:

• Candidates will be able to complete their final registration after the acceptance of basic registration.
• Now, click on the ‘Edit’ or ‘Proceed to Step 4’ button as per your convenience.

Step-4: Qualification and Address Details:

• In step-3, candidates have to fill the qualifying exam, qualifying exam status, exam passed, scoring marks, address details, etc.
• Click on ‘Proceed to Step 4’.

 Step-5: Make Payment:

• Now, pay the application fee through online mode.
• Click on the ‘Online Payment’ link.
• Select payment mode and click on ‘Proceed’ button.
• Candidates can select any one of them, i.e. Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking.
• Click on ‘Print’ button before proceeding to payment to take the printout of the application slip.

Step-6: City Choice:

• Select the state first and then city as exam centre.
• Once the exam centre is selected it cannot be altered.
• Click on ‘Proceed to Step 6’.

Step-7: Print of Confirmation Page:

• Check every detail once again and if you want to edit it, do edit otherwise final submit it.
• After review your application form, click on ‘Print’ button to print your filled-in application form.
• You can also take 2-3 printouts of it.
• Must keep the copy of application form till admission procedure.
