Himachal Pradesh ITI Admission Procedure 2025 will be held for successfully registered candidates who have obtained a rank in merit list. It will begin in the fourth week of July 2025 through online mode.
The board will organise multiple rounds of counselling on the basis of number of aspirants applying and availability of seats at each ITI. Those candidates allotted a seat in preferred ITI will be required to report at the time of allotted venue along with their original and self attested photocopies of each document.

Himachal Pradesh ITI 2025 Counselling Procedure
The admission process of Himachal Pradesh ITI 2025 will be completed in two online phases and the final spot admission phase. Admission to Industrial Training Institutes will be purely on the basis of merit. It will be based on the marks obtained in the minimum educational qualification prescribed for each trade as per rules.

Registration: First of all, the candidate will have to register themselves on the online website, from this they will get a login user ID and password and will be able to fill in other information on the website. After filling all the information, candidates are suggested to take a print out of their registration form.
Payment of Registration Fee: The candidate will also have to pay the processing fee during registration which will be paid through net banking. After payment of registration fee, login again, fill in other information, upload required documents and save it.
Choice Filling: Registration is a one-time process and it will be valid for all online counseling phases. Therefore, students will have to fill in their trade choices very carefully by logging in again by the specified date and they will also be allowed to make changes in filled choices.
Refilling of Choices for Online Admission against Vacant Seats: The selected candidates will have the right to re-fill their preferred institute/trade online for admission against the vacant seats to be filled in the next counselling. If candidates re-fills their trade in the next round and get a seat, the seat allotted in the previous round will automatically become vacant/cancelled. New candidates and candidates from other states will also be allowed to apply in the second counseling round.

Himachal Pradesh ITI Cut Off 2025 will be released by the board through online mode. It will consist of minimum qualifying marks prescribed by the board which an applicant must obtain in order to get selected in the merit list.
The preparation of the cut off list will be based on various factors like number of candidates applying, number of candidates shortlisted, reservation criteria, seat availability, previous year’s cut off trends etc.

Himachal Pradesh ITI 2025 Seat Allotment & Admission
Himachal Pradesh ITI Seat Allotment 2025 for first round will be done in fourth week of July 2025 via online mode. Those students assigned a seat in ITIs/trades of preferred choices, must join within the specified time and pay the prescribed fees.
If not satisfied with the allotted seat, students will have to log in for the next admission phase and fill in their choices. If a seat is assigned from the new choices, the previously allotted seat will be given to another candidate. Final admission will be approved only after the completion of document verification and on fulfillment of other formalities.
