Haryana Polytechnic (DET) 2026 Application Form 

Go through the given guidelines before filling the Haryana DET Application Form 2026:

• Application form will be made accessible by the application via online mode.
• Registration process for Diploma Engineering/Lateral Engineering courses will be started in fourth week of April 2026.
• Students will be able to register for Non-Engineering courses in first week of May 2026.
• No printed application form will be available/ acceptable for admission in all Diploma Courses.
• Candidates must upload a scanned PDF of original certificates while filling the application form.
• If any correction will be required in application form, students must inform the authority before the closing of registration window.
• The registration window will be opened till second week of July 2026 for Engineering courses and third week of July 2026 for Non-Engineering courses.
• Aspirants should keep a copy of filled application form for their future record.

Application Fee: 

• Haryana DET 2026 Registration Fee will be deposited via online mode only.

Diploma Engineering Courses:

• Qualification: Applicants must have successfully completed their 10th-grade from a recognized board.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing for qualifying examination will also be eligible to apply.

Diploma Engineering (Lateral) Courses:

• Qualification: One must have passed 12th grade from a recognized board or completed three-year diploma/ 10+(2 years ITI) in any branch of Engineering and Technology to be eligible for admission.
• Subject: Applicants must have passed with subjects such as Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, Biology, Informatics Practices, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational subject, Agriculture, Engineering Graphics, Business Studies, or Entrepreneurship.
• Appearing: Students appearing in the qualifying exam will also be eligible to apply.

Non-Engineering Diploma Courses:

• Qualification: Candidates must have passed their 12th grade from a recognized board or any other qualification approved by Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent.
• Subject: Applicants must have  Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics as compulsory subjects  in their qualifying exam.

Haryana Polytechnic (DET) 2026 Merit List 

Haryana DET merit list for 2026 will be released by the authority via online mode in the second week of July 2026 for Diploma Engineering and third week of July 2026 for lateral entry. Separate merit lists will be created for different courses by the authorities. 

These lists will be based on subject-wise and aggregate percentage marks obtained in qualifying exam, number of applicants and other criteria. Students must attend counselling sessions according to their merit ranking.

The authority will organize an online off campus counselling procedure for admission into Diploma Engineering/Lateral Engineering and Diploma Pharmacy courses. The counselling session will be started in second week of July 2026 for Diploma Engineering and fourth week of June 2026 for Diploma in Lateral Engineering courses.

Candidates will be invited to Haryana Polytechnic (DET) counseling 2026 based on their merit ranking in the qualifying exam. The counseling process will involve multiple stages, including registration, choice preference selection and other admission procedures.
