Haryana DET 2024 Allotment (Round 2) has been released for Diploma Engg. (1st year). Admission procedure is organised by Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) under the Department of Higher Education.

HSTES offers admission in various Engineering Diploma and Non-Engineering diploma courses (Pharmacy). It is also known by the name of Haryana Department of Technical Education (DET).

Candidates will get admission in lateral entry and 1^st year admission in engineering diploma courses. The admission is given on the basis of marks scored in qualifying exam. Qualified candidates will get admission in various private and government institutions located in Haryana. Haryana DET 2024 Application Form

Following are the details about Haryana DET 2024 Application Form as given below:

• Haryana DET Application form has been released for Engineering & Non-Engineering (Pharmacy) courses.
• Fill the application form of Haryana DET 2024 with details such as personal details, email id, academic details, contact details, etc.
• Upload the scanned documents i.e., photograph and signature to complete the application form.
• Details in application form must be correct as in case of any mistake in application form, it may get rejected.
• The last date to submit the application form for Diploma Engineering courses is till 17th June 2024.

• Step-2: Click on Haryana DET registration 2024 link.
• Step-3: Fill the application form with details such as personal, education qualification, etc.
• Step-4: Upload the scanned photograph with 30 KB file size and signature with 20 KB file size in JPG format.
• Step-5: Pay the registration fee through online mode using Debit card, Credit card, and Net Banking for various categories.
• Step-6: Take the printout of the application form for future reference.

The eligibility criteria for Haryana DET 2024 will be as mentioned below:

Diploma Engineering courses:

• Qualification: Candidates must pass 10^th class / SSC exam from any recognized board or university.
• Basis of Admission: The candidates will get admission on the basis of Merit.
• Mandatory subject: Applying candidate must have Science & Mathematics as mandatory subject in the qualifying exam.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in final year in 2024 will also be eligible to apply.

Diploma Engineering (lateral) courses:

• Qualification: The candidates must qualify 12^th level or equivalent from any recognized board or university.
• Subject: In qualifying exam, candidates must pass with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics as mandatory subject along with any one of the subjects from Computer Science, Information Technology, Agriculture, Business Studies, etc.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in final year of exam in 2024 will also be eligible to apply for admission.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in qualifying exam in year 2024 will also be eligible to apply.

Non-Engineering Diploma courses:

• Qualification: Candidates must pass 12^th class from any recognised board or university.
• Subject: In qualifying exam, candidates must pass with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics to be eligible.

Haryana DET 2024 Merit List

The Haryana DET merit list 2024 will be released on 6th June 2024. It will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in the qualifying exam. Candidate will be able to check the merit list through online mode.

The merit list will be prepared separately for different courses. Authority will calculate the subject-wise and aggregate percentage, number of applicants applied, etc. while preparing the merit list. The candidates who gets selected based on merit list will be called for the counselling procedure.

Haryana DET 2024 Cut Off

Haryana DET Cut off 2024 will be released by the authority through online mode on the website. Candidates who will score more than the cut off will be eligible to get admission in Haryana Polytechnic 2024 admission procedure.

It will depend on various factors such as total number of applications received, marks scored in qualifying exam, number of available seats, category of candidate, and previous year cut off trends. The selected candidates will be invited for further admission procedure.

Haryana DET 2024 Counselling

After the declaration of Haryana DET 2024 cut off, shortlisted candidates will be able to participate in counselling process. The counselling will be commenced in first week of July/ August 2024 for Engineering Diploma courses & for Non-Engineering Diploma courses.

Candidate will be called for Haryana DET counselling based on merit list prepared in qualifying exam. There will be various rounds in counselling process such as registration, choice preferences, enrolment formality, etc.

On the basis of selection and merit list, candidates will be allotted seats. Candidates must carry following original documents for verification during counselling.
