GUJCET 2024 Registration has been extended till 31st January 2024 with late fee. GUJCET is conducted by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB). GUJCET ( Gujarat Common Entrance Test) is a state level entrance exam. Authority conducts the entrance test for HSC science students of the group A (Maths),B (Biology) and AB (Maths & Biology). It provides admission to the candidates into Degree Engineering & Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy courses in various government and private colleges in all over the Gujarat state. Read this article to know about GUJCET Application Form 2024 along with the fee details, eligibility criteria, application dates and events etc.

Candidates must read the following instructions related to the GUJCET 2024 Application Form:

• The registration form for GUJCET 2024 can be filled through the online mode.
• Application form can be commenced from the 2nd January 2024.
• Candidates must check and full fill the eligibility criteria before filling the application form.
• The email ID provided by the candidates for registration is used for single time registration only (Email ID is unique for every time).
• The application form can be filled by the candidates one time only. In case of multiple attempts, the form can be rejected.
• Details like personal details and the academic can be entered at the time of filling the form.
• Candidates have to upload a latest scanned passport size photograph and signature in a prescribed size.
• Details entered in the application form should be correct as correction facility may or may no be provided to the candidates later.
• The last date to fill the registration form is till 16th January 2024 without any late fee.
• Registration can be done till 31st January 2024 with late fee.
• The candidates must keep their application number and the hard copy of the submitted form for future references.

Application Fee:

• The application fee cab be submitted via online mode only.
• The registration fee for various categories is Rs. 350/-.
• The online payment can be paid through SBI ePay system using Debit card/credit card/Net banking payment gateways.
• Candidates can submit ee through “SBI Branch Option”.

GUJCET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for GUJCET 2024, candidates must fulfil the given eligibility criteria:

• Qualifications: Candidates have passed their 12th standard or its equivalent from any recognised board.
• Marks Obtained: A minimum of 45% marks (40% Marks for reserved category) should be obtained to be eligible.
• Subject: Candidates must have completed 12th level with PCB/PCM for Pharmacy and PCM for Engineering.
• Appearing: Applicants appearing in the class 12th will also be eligible to apply.

How to Apply for GUJCET 2024

To apply for GUJCET 2024, follow the step-by-step procedures mentioned below:

• Go through the online website (link is provided above).
• Click on “Registration” or “New Candidates Registration”.
• For registration, details like name, guardian’s name, gender, mobile number, etc. will be filled.
• Then candidates have to enter an 8-digit password containing one capital letter, 1 small letter, 1 numerical value, and one special character (!@#$%^&*). 
• Enter the captcha code (security pin) shown in the box.
• The candidates have to submit a 5-digit OTP sent on his/her registered mobile number and complete the registration process.
• Go back to the main page of the website and click on the “login” button.
• Now, enter the mobile number, password, and the captcha code shown in the picture.
• Click on the “payment” option.
• Select the “SBIepay” or “SBI branch payment option” and proceed to pay the prescribed amount of the fee.
• Option for filling the application form will appear only after successful payment of registration fee.
• Click on the “Application” option.
• Fill in the asked details like personal details, academic qualifications, etc.
• Candidates have to choose the group and click on ‘A’, ‘B’ And ‘AB’.
• Now, upload the documents like the latest scanned passport size-photograph and  signature.
• The photo and the signature uploaded should be in JPG format and size should not be more than 50KB size. (Dimensions 120*120 Px)
• Click on the ‘Save” button to save the details.
• Candidates must ensure to cross-check the details entered in the application form before submitting the form, as there will be no correction facility provided to the candidates.
• Click on the “Submit” button.
• The candidates are advised to keep and remember his/her application number and must also take the print out of the filled application form and the fee receipt for future reference.
