Candidates must check the below instructions related to GD Goenka University Application Form 2025:

• The Application Form will be accessible by candidates in last week of February 2025 for CUET-UG and in fourth week of December 2024 for CUET-PG courses.
• Applicants will be able to submit their GD Goenka University 2025 application form through online mode only.
• All the eligibility requirements must be satisfied by candidates before applying for admission.
• Candidates will have to fill out application form by entering relevant details such as personal and qualification details.
• While filling the form, all necessary documents like passport size photograph and signature must be uploaded in prescribed format.
• The last date to submit application form will be till fourth week of March 2025 for CUET-UG and in second week of February 2025 for CUET-PG exam.

Below, we have mentioned the GD Goenka University Eligibility Criteria 2025 for various courses:

For B.Tech. Course:

• Qualification: Applicants must have passed 12th grade or equivalent from any recognized board.
• Marks: At least 50% marks must be obtained in qualifying exam to be eligible for admission.
• Subject: One must have Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subject with any one from Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Biology/ Electronics etc.

For MCA Course:

• Qualification: Candidates must be a bachelor’s degree holder in BCA/ B.Com/ BA or equivalent from any recognized board to be eligible.
• Subject: In the qualifying examination, candidates must have Mathematics as mandatory subject to apply for admission.
• Marks: Applicants must have secured at least 50% marks in qualifying exam to be eligible for admission.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in final semester of graduation will also be able to apply.

For CUET (UG/ PG):

• UG Qualification: Applicants must pass class 10th level or equivalent examination to be eligible for exam.
• PG Qualification: One must have passed bachelor’s degree from any recognized university will be eligible for exam.
• Age Limit: There will be no age limit criteria to apply for admission.
• Appearing: Appearing candidates in final year of  qualifying degree will also be eligible to apply for admission.

GD Goenka University 2025 Admission Procedure 

GD Goenka University Admission Procedure 2025 will be organised in various steps. The admission will be offered after completing various procedures such as filing of application form, slot booking, appearing for entrance exam, counselling procedure etc. 

It will be mandatory for candidates to complete all procedures to be eligible for admission. The university will release an admission letter for seat allotted candidates. The final admission will be offered after the completion of verification process.

GD Goenka University 2025 Entrance Exam 

GD Goenka University conducts an university level Entrance Exam cum Scholarship Test. The university conducts this entrance examination for candidates who seek to take admission into various UG & PG courses at GD Goenka University campus.

The entrance exam cum scholarship test is conducted through online mode. Applicants have to complete the examination in 3 hours. There will be a total of 75 questions asked in the exam. No negative marks will be deducted for incorrect responses in exam.

GD Goenka University 2025 Result/ Merit List 

Those candidates who have appeared for entrance exam and will score minimum qualifying marks will be able to check their result. GD Goenka University result 2025 will be released by university in last week of August 2025 through online mode.

Candidates are advised to keep their result safe till the admission procedures get completed. The university will prepare merit list on the basis of marks secured by candidates in entrance exam. Those candidates whose name appeared in merit list will be called for further counselling sessions.

GD Goenka University 2025 Counselling

GD Goenka University counselling 2025 will be organised after the result declaration. Those candidates who gets shortlisted in the merit list will be allowed to take part in counselling rounds.

The university will allot seats to eligible candidates on the basis of seats available after each round of counselling. The seats will be confirmed only after verification of original documents and interview rounds. Candidates must bring all the relevant documents in original for verification.
