GATE 2025 Cut Off will be released by IIT Roorkee. GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) is managed by the seven IITs on rotation basis. GATE 2025 exam is being organised by the IIT, Roorkee.
It is a national level exam, which is conducted to get admissions in the postgraduate programmes (M.Tech/ ME) in NITs, IITs & various top Institutions.

In this article, we have updated the details about GATE Cut Off 2025 including the qualifying cut off, category cut off, paper wise and branch wise cut off for the year 2025.
GATE 2025 Cut Off
The GATE Cut Off are the minimum marks which candidates have to score in the examination for admission into M.Tech/ ME courses. The cut-off depends on the various factors such as the number of candidates appeared in the exam, the difficulty level of exam & total number of seats available in each Institution.
After the result declaration, the cut-off list will be released. GATE 2025 Result will be declared in March 2025 through online mode. The score card will be made available for downloading from March 2025.
The Cut-off marks is decided by a committee constituted by IIT Council. On the basis of cut-off marks, the merit list will be prepared for short listing candidates for counselling and admission process.
