GATE 2025 Admit Card Date: The IIT Roorkee has postponed the release of GATE 2025 session admit card. Reason behind the delay in releasing the admit card is not announced.
Candidates who have completed the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) registration process successfully will be eligible to download the admit card.
As per the GATE schedule exam will be held on 1st, 2nd, 15th & 16th of February 2025, and the admit card will be released on 07th of January 2025.
Is the GATE admit 2025 released?
No the GATE 2025 admit card is not realised yet. The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee was previously going to release the admit card on 2nd January 2025 however the GATE hall ticket release date has been now postponed.
Admit card will be now released on 07th January 2025. Mode of release will be online, no admit card will be sent to candidates by post or any other medium.

GATE admit card is going to be released at gate2025.iitr.ac.in. To check it candidates will be required to enter their application number and password on the candidate’s login portal.
How Can I Download GATE 2025 Admit Card
Candidates can obtain their GATE hall ticket from the website by following the simple steps given below:
- Go to the GATE 2025 respective website.
- You will now enter the homepage.
- Look for the “Notification” section.
- Click on the “GATE 2025 admit card” link.
- A candidate login window will appear on the screen.
- Enter the required credentials & click login.
- Your GATE 2025 admit card will appear on the screen.
- Check and save it for exam day.
On the admit card details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, date of birth, GATE application/registration number, parents’ details, exam date, center, timing, guidelines, and instructions, etc will be given.
Candidates are required to check all the details on GATE hall ticket very carefully and if any mistake is found contact the authorities for correction. An admit card is an essential document that candidtes have to carry on exam day.
