FMGE Result 2024 (Declared): Check Score Card, Merit & Cutoff

FMGE 2024 Result has been released on 19th January 2025 for December Session via online mode. FMGE is a national level entrance test conducted basically for the Indian Nationals having foreign medical qualifications. Candidate who successfully qualifies this test gets provisional or permanent registration with MCI or any State medical council and are able to practice in India. FMGE 2024 Result – Declared (Dec Session)

FMGE 2024 Result has been declared on 19th January 2025 for December Session. Click here to view result. 

Candidates are able to check FMGE 2024 result for December session from 19th January 2025. It is made available via online mode. The Result of FMGE 2024 for December session can be checked by the students from 19th January 2025 via online mode through the website of NBE. It has been released via online mode. 

Candidates are declared pass only if they obtain minimum marks of 150 out of 300 in the examination. Authenticated copy of the result is made available for candidates after providing its details on the website.

Candidates, who successfully qualify the entrance test, are eligible to apply for permanent or provisional registration under MCI. Also candidates will have to pay the requisite fee for registration. After that the candidates have to undergo one year internship process in an approved institute and then are registered permanently.

How to check FMGE 2024 Result

The result contains the candidate’s pass/ fail status as per the performance shown in the entrance exam. Candidates must follow the given below steps to download the result of FMGE 2024:

• Visit the official website of NBE (Link is given above).
• Select the “FMGE Result” option on the website.
• Click on the FMGE 2024 Result PDF available on the screen.
• Now the result of FMGE 2024 will be displayed on the computer screen of the candidate.
• Take the print out of the result for further reference.

FMGE 2024 Cut off

In order to qualify the entrance test of FMGE 2024, candidates will have to score minimum cut off marks. The minimum cut off marks will be decided by the Board. As per the last year trends, the cut off marks to be obtained by the students were 150. To be eligible for registration and practice in India it is mandatory for the students to obtain the minimum cut off score.

FMGE 2024 Registration Process

To get permanently registered under Medical Council of India or any State council, candidates will be required to first qualify FMGE 2024. For this candidates will be required to visit the website of NBE and then register their name for entrance test. Also candidates will have to score minimum cut off marks as decided by the board.

It is expected that the cut off marks for 2024 session will be same as that of previous year (2023). Candidates will have to score minimum of 150 out of 300 (50% of total marks) to qualify the entrance exam. Scoring the cut off marks is mandatory for the candidates to be eligible for practice in India. After scoring the cut off marks successfully candidates will undergo one year internship process and then successfully get registered under MCI.
