FMGE 2026 Application Form

Applicants must read out the given instructions to fill the FMGE 2026 Application Form carefully:

  • FMGE Application Form for June session will be filled out in second week of March 2026 and for December session in second week of October 2026.
  • Students will have to register for FMGE 2026 via online mode only.
  • FMGE 2026 application process will involve three stages: online registration, EUC generation, and submission of application.
  • Candidates will have the option to modify specific information they provided in the application form during the edit window.
  • Aspirants must submit only one application, as multiple submissions may lead to rejection.
  • The deadline to apply for FMGE 2026 -June session will be till first week of April 2026.
  • Applicants are suggested to submit their applications before the last date and also retain a print of it for future reference.

Application Fee:

  • Submit the FMGE 2026 application fee via online mode.
  • Use Net Banking, Debit card, Credit card for fee payment.
  • Fee deposited for FMGE 2026 registration will be non-refundable.
  • The total fee will be Rs. 7080 (Rs. 6000 exam fee + Rs.1080 GST).

How to Apply for FMGE 2026 

Follow the given steps to apply for FMGE 2026 exam:

  • Step-1: Navigate the FMGE website link (link will be given above)
  • Step-2: Register yourself to acquire a user ID and password and login.
  • Step-3: Complete the application form with required details and upload documents like photograph, signature thumb expressions etc.
  • Step-4:  Then, select your desired test city from the available options.
  • Step-5: Submit the form and proceed to make necessary payment of application fee.
  • Step-6: Lastly, take print of the submitted application form, ensuring the transaction ID is visible.

FMGE 2026 Application Correction

Candidates who will successfully submit their application form and fee during the Application Submission window will be allowed to edit their applications. The edit window will be available till first week of December 2026 only. 

During the edit window, aspirants will be allowed to edit/rectify any information or document, except for Name, Test City, Nationality, Mobile Number, and Email ID. Students failing to rectify deficiencies in uploaded documents and furnished details during the final edit window will result in application rejection. 

FMGE 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Students are required to meet the given FMGE Eligibility Criteria 2026 before applying:

  • Nationality: To be eligible, applicants must hold Indian citizenship or be an Overseas Citizen of India.
  • Qualification: Candidates must possess a primary medical qualification verified by the Indian Embassy to be eligible for the exam.
  • Exemption: Candidates with a permanent registration in India and a UG or PG medical degree from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, or the United States of America are not required to take the FMGE test.
  • Appearing: Final-year examination applicants may also apply by submitting proof of result declaration on or before the specified date.

FMGE 2026 Exam Pattern

  • Parts: Exam will be divided into two parts- Part A & Part B.

FMGE 2026 Admit Card

Admit card of FMGE 2026 exam will be available via online mode in first week of June 2026 for June session. It will be issued to applicants only after completing the registration process. Students will be able to download their admit card.

FMGE 2026 Result

The result of FMGE 2026 exam will be declared in fourth week of June 2026 for June session. Students will also get their scorecard  within a week of declaration of result. The board will prepare the result on the basis of their performance in FMGE 2026 exam.

Students must secure the minimum scores in entrance exam to be granted a certificate of medical practice in India. FMGE Result 2026 will be available for download through applicant login using User ID and Password.  

FMGE 2026 Cut Off

A candidate will be declared passed in FMGE 2026 exam, only if they will  obtain a minimum cut off marks specified by the board. FMGE Cut Off 2026 will be the least scores required to qualify the exam.

The cut off scores to be considered qualified in FMGE 2026 examination will be 150 marks out of 300. Passing or failing of students will decide whether they will be eligible to acquire registration to practice medicine in India.

FMGE 2026 Provisional Registration

FMGE Provisional registration 2026 will be a temporary registration granted to medical practitioners who will qualify the FMGE entrance exam. For this, students will need to pay some fee in favor of MCI to confirm their admission. 

The names of provisionally registered practitioners will be maintained on a separate list. Provisional registration will be typically valid for a limited period, allowing practitioners to gain experience and complete any remaining requirements for permanent registration such as completing an internship or passing a licensing exam.
