Following are some important guidelines related to Doon University application Form 2025:

• Doon University 2025 Application Form will be made available via online mode only.
• Candidates will be able to fill the registration form in fourth week of April 2025 for UG & PG courses.
• While filling the form, applicants have to enter details such as personal, qualification, communicational and academic details in form.
• Candidates must upload relevant documents such as photographs, signature and other certificates in prescribed format.
• Applicants must take utmost care while filling the form as no correction facility will be provided later.
• The last date to submit the application form will be till fourth week of May 2025.
• After submission, candidates must take a printout of submitted form and keep it for future reference at the time of admission.

Application Fee:

• Application fee will be submitted via online mode using debit card/credit card/net banking payment gateways
• Applicants will have to pay a registration fee of Rs. 800 for General and Rs. 400 for SC/ ST/ PH candidates of Uttarakhand. 
• Candidates applying for a maximum of three different programmes must pay prescribed separate fee for each programme.
• The application fee will not be refundable.

Doon University 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must satisfy the given Doon University Eligibility Criteria 2025 to be eligible for admission:

For B. Tech Programme:

• Qualification: One must have passed 10+2 from a recognised Board of Secondary Education ). 
• Marks: Candidates must have obtained minimum 50 % marks (45 % for SC/ ST candidates from Uttarakhand).
• Subjects: In the qualifying examination, applicants must have Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

For BBA/ B.Com Programme:

• Qualification: Completed 10+2 in any stream from a recognised Board of Secondary Education.
• Marks: Applicants must have secured minimum 50% marks (45 % for SC/ST from Uttarakhand).

For MBA Programme:

• Qualification: Students must have completed Graduation in any subject from a recognised University (established/approved by UGC). 
• Marks: One must have obtained at least 50% marks (45 % for SC/ST from Uttarakhand) in the qualifying exam. 
• Score: Admission will be based on a valid MAT/ CAT score.

Doon University 2025 Admission Procedure

Doon University Admission Procedure 2025 will include various stages such as registration, fee payment, appearing for exam, GD & PI round. All the admission procedures will be organised through online mode only. Admission in various UG & PG programmes will be based on marks obtained in University/national level entrance exam.  

Admission to B.Tech programme will be given through JEE Main scores. For MBA programmes, admission will be offered through CAT/ XAT scores. The selection of candidates for admission will be given only if they have secured the minimum marks in their qualifying examination.

Doon University 2025 Entrance Exam

Doon University conducts their own entrance exam for admission to different programmes. This entrance exam will be conducted through an online & offline mode. Candidates will have to fill the application form to appear for entrance exam. 

The duration of entrance test will be 2 hours. The pattern of entrance exam will be different for each programme offered at university. Candidates will be capable of admission only after qualifying the university level/national level entrance exam.

Doon University 2025 Result/ Merit List

Doon University Result 2025 will be released through online mode for those candidates who have appeared in entrance exam. Candidates will be able to check the result/merit list in second week of June 2025 for UG & PG Courses.

To download the result, candidates will have to enter their login credentials such as Login ID and Password. The merit list will be released separately for General and reserved category candidates. The university will invite shortlisted candidates to participate in counselling procedure based on merit list.

Doon University 2025 Cut off

Doon University Cut Off 2025 will be published through online mode after the declaration of result. The cut off will comprise of minimum qualifying marks or ranks fixed by university to select eligible candidates for admission into different programs offered at university. 

It will be mandatory for applicants to meet the prescribed qualifying  marks in order to secure admission at university. Cut off marks will be determined based on various factors like availability of seats in desired courses, number of applicants, performance of candidates in entrance exam etc.

Doon University 2025 Counselling

Doon University Counselling 2025 will be the last step of admission procedure. It will be organized in June 2025. The university will organises this admission procedure for those candidates who got selected in merit list. An invitation letter will be send to shortlisted candidates to participate in the counselling rounds. 

The seat allotted candidates will have to report at the allotted venue for completing all admission formalities. The final admission will be given to eligible candidates only after document verification process and payment of admission fee.
