How to Apply for DNB PDCET 2025

Follow the given steps to apply for DNB PDCET 2025 exam:

  • Step 1: Visit the website of DNB PDCET (link will be available above).
  • Step 2: Create a profile to generate User ID and Password.
  • Step 3: Login with User ID and Password and click on “Go to Application” link.
  • Step 4: Enter the candidate’s details such as nationality, personal, gender, date of birth, etc.
  • Step 5: Upload the scanned passport size photograph, thumb impression and signature within a prescribed size and format.
  • Step 6: Select the test city according to your preference.
  • Step 7: Recheck the application form and pay the application form.
  • Step 8: After submitting the application fee, a confirmation page will be displayed on the screen.
  • Step 9: Print out the application form and keep it safe for further use.

  • Medium: Exam will be held in English language only.
  • Time bound section: As per latest changes, paper will have time bound sections – A, B  & C. 40 minutes for 40 questions in each sections.
  • Duration: Applicants will get two hours to solve the exam.
  • Type of question: There will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) in exam.
  • Number of questions: The question paper will contain 120 MCQs.
  • Marking scheme: For each correct answer, four marks will be given to students.
  • Negative marking: For each wrong answer, one mark will be deducted.

DNB PDCET 2025 Admit Card

The authority will inform candidates through SMS/ Email regarding the availability of admit cards on the website. It will not be sent by post or any other offline mode. Candidates must download their admit card by using their login credentials.

DNB PDCET 2025 Result

The DNB PDCET  result 2025 will be released in the month of May/ June 2025. Applicants will be able to download their results through online mode. To download the DNB PDCET result, candidates will need to enter their login credentials such as application number and password. 

The result will contain candidates’ scores obtained by them in entrance exam. The authority will not send result to the students individually, they have to view it from the website. Also, they must take a print out of their result and keep it safe for further use.

DNB PDCET 2025 Cut Off

The DNB PDCET cut off 2025 will be a minimum qualifying mark which must be scored by candidates to qualify the entrance exam. It will be prepared on the basis of various factors such as availability of seats, difficulty level of exam, number of candidates appearing in exam etc. 

The authority will declare the cut off after a few days of declaration of result. It will be mandatory for candidates to score a minimum cut off mark to be eligible for counselling procedure. If candidates fail to secure a cut off mark they will not be able to appear for counselling.

DNB PDCET 2025 Counselling

The DNB PDCET counselling 2025 will be organised through online mode. Candidates will need to register to participate in counselling procedure. The counselling will be commenced in the third week of June 2025

The seat allotment will be done on the basis of the merit list and choice provided by them at the time of counselling. The admission will be provided to students on the basis of seat allotment and document verification process.

  1. I passed my dch in 2005 and had registered my dch with state medical council,
    Also recently I have applied in the NMC for additional qualification registration. I also applied through my state council for my additional qualification registration.But my dch qualification is not showing in the IMR registry What should I do.please advise

    For post diploma dnb I need to study only co cern subject or whole mbbs subject??
