CLAT 2025 Admit Card

CLAT admit card 2025 has been released on 15th November 2024. Consortium of NLUs has published the admit card through online mode only, no other offline method is provided. Login credentials such as Mobile number and password are required to access the admit card.

Candidates are suggested to keep the hardcopy of it save for the day of examination. It is mandatory for all applying candidates to carry the original admit card along with the ID proof to the exam center.

It consist with details such as candidate’s name, date of birth, parent’s name, date, time, venue, address, signature, photograph, etc. After downloading admit card, candidates must go through the details carefully. In case of any discrepancy in it contact the authority immediately for the rectification.

CLAT 2025 Exam Pattern

Here candidates can check the complete CLAT exam pattern 2025 to prepare better for the exam:

  • Mode of Exam: Through offline (Pen-paper based) mode, the exam will be conducted.
  • Types of Questions: Exam will consist of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) & Subjective type questions.
  • Sections: Total 5 sections will be there in the question paper of UG courses.
  • Duration: Candidates will be given 2 hours to solve the paper.
  • Medium: Exam will be held only in English language.
  • Number of Questions: Total 120 questions will be asked for both UG & PG exam.
  • Marking Scheme: For every correct answer, 1 mark will be given.
  • Negative Marking: 0.25 mark will be deducted for each incorrect response.

CLAT 2025 Answer Key

After conducting the CLAT 2025 examination, the provisional answer key will be published on the website. it will be accessed through online mode, no other mode will be provided. Candidates will be able to download CLAT answer key from the first week of December 2024. It will consist with all the correct answers to the questions that will be asked in the exam.

The Consortium of NLUs will also provide the facility to challenge the answer key in case of any mistake in it. Objection facility will be available only for the particular period of time. After analyzing all the received objections, the final answer key will be published. The result will also be prepared by the authority on the basis of the final answer key.

CLAT 2025 Result

Consortium of NLUs will be announced the CLAT result 2025 in the third week of December 2024. It will be declared through online mode only. Candidates will have to visit the website of authority to access result. The result will carry the qualifying status of all test-takers.

CLAT 2025 Counselling

Consortium of NLUs will organized CLAT counselling 2025 from the last week of December 2024. Shortlisted candidates in the exam will be able to appear for the counselling procedure. Candidates will have to indicate their NLUs preference online where they want to take admission by centralized counselling procedure during counselling procedure.

It will be conducted separately for both UG & PG programmes. There will be various rounds in the counselling procedure. After each round of counselling, the seat allotment for each participating NLUs will be released.

CLAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill CLAT eligibility criteria 2025 before filling the form:

General Eligibility:

  • Nationality: Applying candidates must be Indian Nationals/ NRI/ NRI Sponsored.
  • Age Limit: There will be no upper age limit to apply for both UG & PG courses.

  • Qualifying Exam: To be eligible for UG courses, candidates must pass class 12th level from a recognized board/ university.
  • Marks: In the qualifying exam, candidates must secure at least 45% aggregate and 40% marks in case of SC/ ST category.
  • Appearing: Those appearing candidates in class 12th level will also be eligible to apply for the exam.
For PG Programme
  • Qualifying Exam: Applying candidates for PG courses must have passed LLB or 5-year integrated or its equivalent from a recognized institute/ university.
  • Marks: To be eligible, candidates must score 50% marks and 45% marks in case of reserved category (SC/ST) in the qualifying exam.
  • Appearing: Candidates appearing in the final year of their qualifying exam in April/ May 2025 will also be eligible to apply.
