For B.Pharm (4 years):

• Nationality: Applicants should be a permanent resident of India.
• Qualification: Candidates must have completed class 12th from a recognized board.
• Domicile: Students will be required domicile of Chhattisgarh state to be eligible. 
• Marks: To be eligible, candidates must score at least 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category candidates).
• Subject: Candidates should have Physics, Chemistry, English, Mathematics/ Biology/ Biotechnology in SSC level.
• Appearing:  Applicants appearing in class 12th in 2025 are also be eligible to apply.

For D.Pharma (2 years):

• Nationality: Candidates must be a permanent resident of India.
• Qualification: Students should have qualified class 12th exams from a recognized board.
• Domicile: Applicants must have a domicile of Chhattisgarh state to be eligible.
• Marks: Students should have scored minimum 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category).
• Subject: In the qualifying exam, candidates must have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biotechnology/ Biology.
• Appearing: Students appearing in qualifying exam in 2025 will be eligible to apply.

How to Apply for CG PPHT 2025

Following are the steps to apply for CG PPHT 2025:

• Visit the website of CG PPHT (link is given above).
• On the homepage, click on “CG PPHT 2025 Application Form” link.
• Enter the required information i.e. mobile number, name, email ID, DOB etc.
• Now, verify the mobile number and create a password.
• Start filling the application form by entering asked details i.e. candidate’s personal, educational, communicational details etc.
• Also, candidates will be required to upload scanned copies of photograph and signature within a prescribed size and format.
• Photograph and signature must be uploaded in (40 kb to 60kb).
• After entering all the details, preview the complete application form.
• Click on “I Agree” button.
