Here we have given the complete details about CG PPHT Application Form 2024:

• The authority has released the CG PPHT 2024 Application Form from 4th March 2024.
• Candidates can fill the application form through online mode. No other mode is provided by CG PPHT authority for registration.
• Applicants are advised to fill the form only when they successfully meet the eligibility criteria of CG PPHT 2024.
• Applicants have to fill all the necessary information such as academic qualification, grades, personal information, etc.
• Upload the scanned image and signature in prescribed format/ size. 
• The authority has also provided the correction facility to the registered candidate for rectifying their mistakes from 8th April 2024. 
• Last date to submit the application form is till 7th April 2024. 
• After submitting the application form, take a print out of it for any further references. 

Application Fee: 

• The application fee can be submitted through online mode only.
• Candidates can pay the fee through different online payment gateways such as credit card, debit card and net banking methods.
• Application fee can not be refunded under any circumstances.

For B.Pharma (4 years):

• Nationality: Candidate must be a permanent citizen of India to apply for CG PPHT exam. 
• Qualification: Applicant must have completed class 12th from any recognized board of Chhattisgarh state. 
• Domicile: Applicants must have a domicile certificate of Chhattisgarh state to apply for CG PPHT 2024. 
• Subject Required: Aspirants must have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology/ Biotechnology in qualifying exam. For B.Pharm admission, candidates must have English subject in 12th.
• Marks Criteria: Applicants must have passed 12th level with 45% marks for general category (40% marks for ST/ SC/ OBC category candidates).
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam in 2024 will be eligible to apply.

For D.Pharma (2 years):

• Nationality: Candidates must be permanent citizen of India to apply for CG PPHT exam. 
• Qualification: Applicant must have completed class 12th from any recognized board of Chhattisgarh state. 
• Domicile: Applicants must have a domicile certificate of Chhattisgarh state to apply for CG PPHT 2024. 
• Subject Required: Aspirants must have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology/ Biotechnology in qualifying exam. 
• English will be a mandatory subject to apply for a B.pharma course. 
• Marks Criteria: Applicants must have 45% marks in class 12th for general category and 40% marks for reserved category candidates.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam in 2024 will be eligible to apply for the entrance exam.

How to Apply for CG PPHT 2024

Here we have provided the complete steps to apply for the CG PPHT 2024:

• Visit the online CG PPHT website (Link is provided above).
• Press the link “CG PPHT 2024 Application Form” on the homepage.
• Application form will be displayed on the screen after clicking on the link.
• Firstly, candidates need to verify their mobile number.
• Enter first name, middle name and last name. 
• Now, create a password.  
• After creating a password, the aspirants need to fill the necessary details in the application form such as name, gender, qualification, academic results and personal information, etc.
• Along with details, applicants also need to upload scanned photograph and signature in JPG format.
• The size of the uploaded photograph and signature must be between (40kb to 60kb).
• Once all details have been entered, pay the prescribed amount of fee through online mode.
• Re-check all the filled details before submitting the application form.
• Click on the “I Agree” statement.
• Submit the correct captcha as shown in the given image. 
• Press the “submit” button in order to submit the application form. 
• Take the printout of an application form/ confirmation page and keep it for any further reference in future.
