CEED 2025 Counselling
There will be no common counselling organized for CEED 2025 exam. The counselling will be organized by various participating institutions of CEED. Students will need to apply separately for admission at the institutes where they want to take admission.
Only eligible candidates will be invited to participate in the counselling procedure. CEED counselling 2025 schedule will be released separately by the participating institutes.
The shortlisted candidates for admission will have to provide choices of institutes as per their preferences. Candidates must appear at the admitting institutes of their choice. Participating institutes will conduct further test or interview rounds for final selection and admission.

CEED 2025 Counselling Procedure
The following are the steps of CEED 2025 counselling procedure:
Online Registration:
To take part in counselling procedure, students will need to register through online mode. Login to the website, if you have already registered and if not then create an account. While registering, candidates will need to enter their personal details, contact information and academic qualifications.
Choice Filling:
Choice filling is the next process after registration, where students will need to fill and lock their choices of programmes and institutes in order of preference. Candidates are advised to carefully choose on the basis of their interest and eligibility.
Document Verification:
Once the candidates have done the choice filling process, they will have to attend the document verification session at the allotted venue and time. It will be mandatory for candidates to carry all the required documents such as academic certificate, CEED 2025 scorecard, category certificate etc.
Payment of Fees:
Students will need to make payment of the counselling fee to confirm the admission. Candidates must check out the payment method and other details.
Seat Allotment:
After successful registration, the admitting institutes/ authority will release the seat allotment list. Candidates will get seats as per their marks obtained in the entrance exam, choices filled and rank obtained in merit list.
The seat will be allotted to the candidates after considering various factors such as candidate’s category, availability of seat, rank of candidate etc. Students will be given a seat in one of the preferred design institutes accepting CEED 2025 scores.
Acceptance of Seat:
Once the seat will be allotted to candidates, students will need to follow the institute instructions for accepting the seat. Students will need to deposit the seat acceptance fee to confirm their seat in the particular institute.
Documents Required for CEED 2025 Counselling
Candidates must carry the following documents at the time of CEED 2025 counselling:
- Original and Photocopy of Scorecard
- Passport size coloured photographs
- Medical certificate
- Domicile certificate
- Transfer certificate
- Original and Photocopy of Caste certificate
- Class 12th certificate and degree
- Aadhar card/ Voter ID or other ID proofs etc.
CEED 2025 Cut Off
The cut off of CEED 2025 will be released on 6th February 2025 via online mode on the website. The authority will publish the cut off in the form of mean and standard deviation on its website.
Students will be given admission in various design institutes after clearing the cut off criteria followed by counselling. Based on the CEED 2025 cut off marks obtained by the applicants, the authority will shortlisted eligible candidates in merit list for admission.
CEED 2025 Seat Allotment
CEED 2025 seat allotment will be released through online mode. It will be prepared on the basis of candidate’s performance in exam and counselling interview. If satisfied, allotted students should accept their seat within a stipulated time period.
Otherwise the seat will be allotted to other qualifying candidates as per their rank in merit list. After seat allotment by students in their respective colleges as per their marks, they will need to report to the allotted college to complete the admission process.
