CDS Application Correction 2025: Today on 2nd January 2025 UPSC CDS 2025 session application correction has begun.
This facility is available to those who submitted the CDS application form 2025 session 1 from 11 December 2024 to 1st January 2025.
CDS application correction window is only activated for 7 days. Candidates can edit their application through online mode only.
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is going to close the CSD 1 2025 application correction window on 8th January 2025. This is a one time opportunity for candidates so once the window is closed candidates will be not allowed to make corrections.
Can I Edit My CDS 2025 Application Form?
Yes, candidates can make corrections to their CDS application form. To correct it below we have given the step-by-step process:
- Visit the UPSC CDS respective website (application correction link below)
- At the right side of the homepage click on “OTR for examination” option.
- A login window will be displayed.
- Fill in the required details and click on login.
- CDS application form will appear on the screen.
- Edit your application and carefully review all the details.
- Once done click on “save and submit” option.
- Download the filled application for further use.

Once you submit the CDS online application you cannot withdraw it. After the application correction facility is closed forms will be checked by the authority and if there are going to be errors or incomplete documents candidates’ forms will be rejected.
Successfully registered candidates will be eligible to take the Combined Defence Services 2025 session 1 exam on 13th April 2025. The exam will be held in offline mode for this session 457 vacancies are open.
Once the application correction window is closed afterwards UPSC will release the CDS admit card via online mode. On the exam day all the CDS aspirants are required to carry hardcopy of their hall ticket.
