Assam Polytechnic (PAT) 2025 Application Form will be released in first week of May 2025 through online mode. Assam Polytechnic Admission Test (Assam PAT) has been scrapped. From 2024 onwards, Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Assam will organise this admission procedure to provide admission in Polytechnic Diploma courses.

Assam Polytechnic PAT 2025 Application Form

Candidates must consider the following guidelines while filling out the Assam Polytechnic Application Form 2025:

• Registration form of Assam Polytechnic 2025 will be made available in first week of May 2025.
• Eligible candidates will be able to fill the application form through online mode only.
• Candidates are advised to go through the complete eligibility criteria, before applying for admission.
• Provide necessary details such as personal, communication, academic and other details to fill the application form.
• Candidates will have to upload scanned images of photographs, signature and other required documents to complete the application form.
• Size of the documents uploaded in application form must be within 10 KB to 500 KB limit in jpg/ jpeg format.
• Deadline to fill and submit the application form will be till second week of June 2025.
• Correction window to rectify the details will be opened in second week of June 2025.
• Applicants must ensure to take a printout of application form and keep it safe for further use.

Application Fee:

• Assam Polytechnic 2025 registration fee will be submitted via online mode.
• Online payment will be done through debit card/ credit card/ net banking.
• Applicants will need to pay a registration fee of Rs. 300/- + additional charges (if any).
• Fee paid at the time of registration will not be refunded.

Assam Polytechnic 2025 Correction

Candidates who have filled Assam PAT 2025 application form, will be provided a facility to make changes. In case of any discrepancy found in application form, then candidates will be able to rectify it during correction window.

Authority will open application correction window through online mode in second week of June 2025 for all the applied candidates. Candidates will have login details i.e. registration number and password to edit incorrect details in the form.

Assam Polytechnic PAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Applying candidates must fulfill the following eligibility requirements to apply for Assam PAT 2025:

• Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian Citizen and a permanent resident of Assam.
• Qualification: Applicants must have completed their 12th level or equivalent examination from any recognised board.
• Subjects: In the qualifying examination, candidates must have Mathematics and Science as compulsory subjects.
• Marks Criteria: One should have qualified 12th with 40% marks (35% marks for SC & 33% marks for ST candidates).

How to Apply for Assam PAT 2025

Here, we have mentioned the complete steps to apply for Assam Polytechnic 2025:

• Go through the Assam PAT website (link will be available above).
• Navigate to “New Registration” button & proceed by filling up the required fields. 
• Applicant needs to fill details i.e. Name, DOB, Email ID, Mobile Number and the captcha.
• After entering all the details, move ahead by clicking on “Register” button.
• Enter the OTP received on registered mobile number and email ID and then click on “Submit OTP” to complete the process.
• Once OTP is submitted, a “Registration Number” will be visible on the screen.
• After successful registration, candidates will have to navigate to “Log In” option available on the top left corner of screen.
• Enter login details and proceed to fill in personal, qualification and address details to complete the application form.
• Once all the details are entered, candidates will have to check their details and update it, if required.
• Confirm the details and proceed further by clicking on “Proceed to Next” button.
• Candidates will now be required to upload asked documents in given format and size.
• In the next page, candidates have to select at least 3 preferences of institutes/programs  and upload their marksheets of qualifying exams as required.
• Click on “Final Review” button and update details (if any).
• After reviewing all the details, click on “Submit” button. 
• In the final step, applicants will have to click on “Payment Gateway SBI” and proceed to pay the required fee via online mode.
• Do not forget to take a printout of filled application form & fee receipt for future reference.
