• The Application Form for Assam PAT 2024 has been released from 1st June 2024.
• Candidates are able to submit application form through online mode, no offline mode is provided by Assam (DET) authority.
• Applicants are advised to fill the form, only if they will be eligible else form will be rejected.
• Aspirants need to fill the application form with necessary information such as qualification, personal information, academic details, etc. 
• Along with necessary details, aspirants also need to upload scanned images and signatures in a given format.
• Last date to submit the application form will be 20th June 2024. 
• Correction facility to edit incorrect details is open from 21st to 22nd June 2024. 
• Once the application form is submitted, take a printout for further use in the admission.

• Nationality: Aspirants must be permanent citizens of India and a resident of Assam. 
• Qualification: Candidate must have completed class 12th from any recognized board.
• Marks criteria: Minimum requirement of marks for general category is 40%, 35% is for SC and 33% is for ST category.
• Subject: Candidates must have a Science stream with Mathematics as mandatory subjects in qualifying exams.
• Medical fitness: Applicants must have a medical fit certificate at the time of admission.

• Press on the “Assam (PAT) 2024 Application FormS” link.

• A verification OTP will be sent to the registered contact number.
• Generated user id and password will be sent to the registered contact number and email id.
• Select on the login button and enter generated user id & password.
