• APJEE 2025 Online Provisional Registration will be started in first week of March 2025.
• Candidates will have to fill the APJEE Application Form 2025 through online mode only.
• Candidates must ensure to meet the eligibility requirements before confirming their registration.
• During registration, candidates will be required to provide details like name, Gender, Category, PwD Status, qualification, personal details etc.
• Fill the application form correctly as no facility for application correction will be provided later.
• To avoid last minute rush, candidates must fill their application form before fourth week of February 2025.

• Payment of application fee will be made through online mode only.

How to apply for APJEE 2025

Candidates must follow the given steps to apply for APJEE 2025:

• Step-1: Go through the APJEE website (Link will be provided above).
• Step-2: Click on “Fresh Online Registration” link on the homepage.
• Step-3: Complete the registration and OTP verification process.
• Step-4: Fill the application form with personal and qualification details.
• Step-5: Select the exam city and upload necessary documents.
• Step-6: Preview the form and submit the application.
• Step-7: Make payment of application fee using online mode.
• Step-8: After submission of Application and Payment process, take a printout of Confirmation Page for future reference.  

APJEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates are advised to meet the APJEE Eligibility Criteria 2025 before applying for exam:

• Qualification: Applicants must have passed 10th (12th level for Diploma in Pharmacy) or equivalent from a government recognised board.  
• Marks: Candidates must secure a minimum of 35% marks in aggregate to be eligible to apply.
• Subjects: One must have Science and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in 10th level for Engineering courses.

APJEE 2025 Exam Pattern

APJEE 2025 Admit Card

The university will issue an admit card to all registered candidates through online mode. APJEE Admit card 2025 will be available for download in fourth week of May 2025. Hall ticket is a mandatory document that candidates will be required to carry along with ID proof on the day of exam.

All the important details related to exam such as name, registration number, date of exam, exam center and some general instructions for exam day will be mentioned. Candidates must keep their hall ticket safe till all the admission procedures get completed.

APJEE 2025 Result

After the completion of entrance exam, university will announce the result for all candidates who appeared for exam. Candidates will be able to check APJEE 2025 Results/rank card in first week of June 2025 through online mode only. It will be made available in the form of a PDF.

The result will carry details like candidate’s name, roll number, category, gender, overall marks scored, qualifying status etc. Based on the marks obtained in entrance exam, a category wise merit list will be prepared for shortlisting qualified candidates for admission. 

APJEE 2025 Merit List

APJEE Merit List 2025 will be displayed by university after the declaration of result. The selection of candidates will be purely on the basis of Merit in Qualifying Examination. The university will prepare a separate merit list for Category-I and Category-II candidates as per the result. 

In case of a tie, the older candidate will be ranked higher than younger candidates. The allotment of seats will be done on the basis of Final merit only. Candidates will be able to check their rank obtained in merit list through online mode only.

APJEE 2025 Counselling/ Admission

The counselling and document verification process will be started in first week of March 2025 along with registration process. The university organises APJEE Counselling 2025 for those candidates whose names will be shortlisted in merit list. 

The entire counselling and admission process will consist of two rounds followed by a Mop-Up round. Candidates will be required to fill and lock their choices of branches/institutes as per their preferences. Seats will be allotted to candidates in order of choices filled on the basis of their merit and availability of seats. 

After seat allotment candidates will have to indicate their options of willingness to float or freeze their seats. All those candidates who have opted for freeze option will have to  download their provisional allotment letter from the portal and report at the allotted Institution with their necessary documents for verification.
