State Exam

The admission for the Bachelors of Technology program in Andhra Pradesh state will be done on the basis of rank scored by the candidate in AP EAMCET 2016 and JEE Main 2016. AP EAMCET is the Andhra Pradesh Engineering, agriculture, Medical Common Entrance Test for the admission in B.Tech programs offered by the Kerala state. The examination of this entrance test has been conducted in the month of April 2016.

B.Tech Admission 2016

The admission for the B.Tech programs will start from the month of June, 2016. It is mandatory for the candidates to appear in AP EAMCET or JEE Main entrance test for Andhra Pradesh B.Tech Admission 2016. The online application form for the Andhra Pradesh B.Tech Admission 2016 has been available through the official website of the conducting authority. Only the candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the authority are eligible for the test. The eligibility conditions are: candidates must have completed 12th class in Physics, Chemistry and Math with the aggregate of 45% (in case of unreserved category) and 40% for reserved category candidates. Apart from this, the age of the applying students must be more than 16 years before 31st December, 2016.

  • Class X Passing certificate/Mark Sheet (original)
  • Class XII Passing Certificate/Mark Sheet (original)

Selection Process

The candidates are allotted with the seats and colleges at the time of counselling. The counselling for the B.tech admission will start in the month of June as per the scheduled set by the conducting authority. After the announcement of the AP EAMCET or JEE Main result, it is required for the shortlisted students to undergo with the counseling process. The students are finally admitted to the colleges/institutes on the basis of the rank scored by them in the entrance exam. Register yourself for the counseling process through the payment of the requisite fee. Lock your choices for the top colleges of Andhra Pradesh and also fill the choices for your desired stream. After the completion of the counseling process, seat allotment result will be sent to the candidates via SMS. Take the printout of the seat allotment letter from the official portal of board and report in the allotted college on the prescribed date along with the seat allotment letter.
