AMU Exam Pattern 2025
Candidates must go through following details regarding AMU 2025 Exam Pattern:
For CUET 2025:
- Mode of Exam: CUET 2025 exam will be conducted via computer based mode.
- Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) will be asked in the question paper.
- No. of Questions: There will be total of 100 questions in the examination.
- Marking Scheme: 5 marks will be awarded for each correct answer.
- Negative marking: 1 mark get deduct for each wrong answer.
Test Design:
Subject combination for each paper, type of questions, mode will be as follows:

- Number of Questions: In the examination, there will be 150 objective type questions.
- Medium:The medium of all Tests shall be English, except where a question paper will be set in a language other than English.
- Total Marks:The question paper will be of 150 marks.
- Subjects:The questions will be asked from Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics subjects.
- Duration:The exam duration will be of 3 hours.
- Marking Scheme: For each correct answer, one mark will be given to candidates.
- Negative Marking: For an incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.
For B.Arch. Course:
There will be two papers of equal weightage:
- Paper 1: The exam pattern will be same as B.Tech course. It will be compulsory to appear in Paper 1.
- Paper 2: It will be an Architecture Aptitude Test. It will contain some descriptive questions and Test of Drawing.
- Duration: The duration of both examinations will be of three hours.
- Marking Scheme: One mark will be given for correct answer.
- Negative Marking: For incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.
