AILET 2024 Answer Key

The authority has released the AILET answer key on 11th December 2023. Candidates are able to access the answer key through online mode. Those appeared candidates in the entrance exam are able to visit the website and download the answer key.

It is available in the PDF format on the website. It consist of the correct answers to every asked questions in the entrance exam. Objection facility is also provided by the authority to the candidates. After considering all the objections, the final answer key has been published.

AILET 2024 Result

AILET Result 2024 has been declared on 13th December 2023 by the exam conducting authority. It has been announced through online mode on the website. After releasing the result, the authority has prepared the merit list.

On the basis of the performance in the entrance exam, the result has been published by the authority. Shortlisted candidates are called for the counselling procedure on the basis of merit list. Candidates must keep the AILET 2024 result for further counselling procedure.

AILET 2024 Counselling

The AILET counselling procedure is organized by the authority after the declaration of the result. It has been commenced from 15th December 2023 through online mode. It is the last procedure for admission after clearing the entrance exam.

For successfully qualified candidates, the counselling process is conducted by the authority. Shortlisted candidates have to report at the time of counselling procedure. Some documents are also required to bring at the time of this procedure.

  • The authority has released the AILET 2024 application form from 7th August 2023.
  • Registration form is available through online mode only. No offline mode is provided to fill the form.
  • Candidates have to click on the registration link on the homepage to provide the relevant details.
  • Enter all the mandatory details such as name, personal details, academic information and other asked details.
  • After filling the form upload the relevant certificates in the form as per the given format.
  • To complete the procedure, it is mandatory for the applying candidates to submit the application fee through online mode.

Application Fee:

  • Candidates have to submit the application fee using different online payment gateways. No offline mode is available.
  • Credit card, Debit card, and internet banking is the payment gateways for online transaction.
  • The application fee is Rs. 3500/- for general category candidates.
  • Rs 1500/- is the application fee for reserved (ST/SC)/PwD category candidates.
  • BPL applicants of SC/ST category are exempted from application fee.

  • Step-2: On the homepage, click on the “Registration” link.
  • Step-3: Fill the application form with asked details.
  • Step-4: Upload the documents like signature, photo and other required images.
  • Step-5: Now submit the prescribed amount of application fee.
  • Step-6: After rechecking all the filled details in the form, submit it.
  • Step-7: Take a hardcopy of the registration form for future references.

AILET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

We are providing the AILET eligibility criteria 2024 below. Candidates must fulfil the eligibility before filling the application form:

  • Marks: Applying candidates must have at least 45% (40% for reserved category) in the qualifying examination.
  • Qualifying Exam: The Class 12th or some equivalent examination must be completed by the candidates from the recognized board.
  • Age Limit: There will be no age limit to appear for the exam.
  • Appearing: Those candidates who will be appearing in class 12th standard in 2024 will also be eligible to apply for the exam.
For LL.M
  • Qualifying Exam: Candidates are required to have passed LLB or some equivalent graduation degree from a recognized university.
  • Percentage: To be eligible, candidates must have scored at least 50% marks for general and 45% marks for reserved category (ST,SC, and PH) candidates.
  • Appearing candidates in the final year of LLB will also be eligible to apply for the entrance exam.
PhD Programme
  • Qualification: Those candidates who have completed LLM or an equivalent law degree from recognized university will be eligible to apply.
  • Marks: Candidates must score at least 55% for general and 50% for SC/ST/PWDs category to apply.

AILET 2024 Admit Card

The AILET admit card has been released on 24th November 2023. The authority has released the admit card through online mode only. It consist of details like name, exam date, time, reporting time, exam venue, personal details, photo, signature, and other exam day instructions.

Those candidates who submitted the application form through online mode are able to access the admit card. Candidates have to provide their login credentials like application number and date of birth to download the admit card from the website. Candidates have to keep the hardcopy of it for the day of examination.

AILET 2024 Exam Pattern

The complete AILET Exam Pattern 2024 is given below:

  • Exam Mode: The exam will be conducted through offline mode.
  • Total Questions: In BA.LLB (Hons), total 150 questions will be asked and 100 questions in LLM course.
  • Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) will be asked in the exam.
  • Sections: Exam will be divided into 3 sections. Each section consist of different marks and questions.
  • Duration: Total 120 minutes will be given to solve the exam.
  • Marking Scheme: 1 mark will be awarded for each correct response.
  • Negative Marking: 0.25 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
