All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) organises PG medical admissions into MD, MS, DM, MCH & MDS course (6 year & 3 year courses). For admission in these courses in AIIMS, INI CET & INI SS exams are organised.
Earlier, AIIMS used to conduct its own entrance test which now has been scrapped & replaced by INI CET & INI SS exams. INI CET (Institutes of National Importance – Combined Entrance Test) is organised for offering admission in MD, MS (6 year PG medical course). Whereas, for 3 year PG medical admissions (DM, MCH & MDS course), INI SS exam is organised.

AIIMS PG 2025 Result
AIIMS PG Result 2025 has been released via online mode. No candidate will receive it via post or any other offline medium. Candidates can check their scores separately for INI CET & INI SS course for both sessions. Students must know that it is mandatory for all qualified candidates to participate in counselling session.
Result is published via pdf format. Students have to download it to check their marks & percentile. It consists of all required details such as candidate’s name, roll number, marks scored in each subject, result status & qualifying percentile score.
AIIMS PG 2025 Cut Off
AIIMS PG 2025 Cut Off Criteria is available via online mode. It is released via pdf format only. AIIMS PG Cut off depends on various factors such as marks scored by no. of candidates appeared, previous year cut off trend, difficulty level of exam etc.
Cut off are the minimum marks one have to score to qualify the examination. It will be published separately for both sessions & exams.
AIIMS PG 2025 Counselling
AIIMS PG Counselling Procedure 2025 is being held via online mode. It consists of various rounds for both sessions of INI CET & INI SS. It has been commenced from 16th December 2024 for D.M/ M.Ch. All qualified candidates have to participate in counselling session mandatory.
Seats are given to candidates on the basis of merit, choice filling & availability of seats. Admission is given on the basis of seats availability & document verification rounds. Following documents are required at the time of verification:

- MBBS/ BDS degree certificate

AIIMS PG 2025 Exam Pattern
Candidates must check following details regarding AIIMS PG 2025 Exam Pattern:
For INI CET:
- Exam Mode: INI CET exam will be held via online (computer-based) mode.
- No. of Questions: Question paper will consists of 200 questions in the exam.
- Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) will be asked in the paper.
- Marking Scheme: Each correct answer will carry 1 mark. For each incorrect answer, -1/3 marks will be deducted.
- Duration: Students will get 3 hours to solve the question paper.

AIIMS PG 2025 Admit Card
AIIMS PG Admit Card 2025 will be made available on 21st October 2024 via online mode. Hall Ticket is released separately for both INI CET & INI SS. Students must not forget to check all details in the admit card. In case of any mistake found, one must contact authority.
It contains all details such as candidate’s name, roll number, exam time, date, venue & some instructions. It will be mandatory for all candidates to carry admit card along with one ID proof at exam hall to avoid any kind of rejection.
AIIMS PG 2025 Answer Key
AIIMS PG 2025 Answer Key will be released via online mode. Candidates will be able to download it via pdf format. It will be released separately for INI CET & INI SS for both sessions. Authority will first release provisional answer key. Candidates will be also given opportunity to make challenges against answer key (if any). It will be open for limited time period only.
Once objection period will get over, authority will publish final answer key. With the help of answer key, candidates will be able to assume their marks even before result declaration. Also, result will be prepared on the basis of final answer key.

AIIMS PG 2025 Application Form

- AIIMS PG 2025 Application Form has been released via online mode. No candidates can submit it via post or any other offline medium.
- The application form has been made available separately for INI CET & INI SS twice in a year.
- INI CET 2025 registration process has been made available from 5th September 2024 to 5th October 2024.
- For INI SS 2025, candidates can make registration from 28th September 2024 to 14th October 2024.
- During registration, one must not forget to upload passport size photograph & signature in prescribed format.
- Correction is not allowed after form submission online on the website.
- All communication details will be sent to candidate’s registered number & ID, so it must be valid/ working.

AIIMS PG 2025 Eligibility Criteria
One must check following AIIMS PG Eligibility norms before applying for DM/ M.Ch admission:
For INI CET:
- Nationality: Indian Nationals, OCI, NRI & foreign national candidates will be eligible.
- Qualification: Applying candidate must have completed MBBS degree recognised by MCI/ NMC & must have also completed 1 year required period of rotating internship/ practical training on or before 31st July 2025.
- Percentage: One must have scored atleast 55% marks (50% for SC/ ST category).
- Appearing: Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam will be also eligible to apply for INI CET.
For INI SS:
- Qualification: To be eligible, one must have completed MD/ MS degree from any MCI approved board or university.
- Age Limit: Students must not be more than 35 years in age as on 1st January 2025. 3 years age relaxation will be given to OBC category and 5 years age relaxation will be given to SC/ ST category.
- Appearing: Those candidates who will be appearing in their qualifying exam in year of admission will be also eligible to apply.
