National Level Exams
Below is the list of national level agriculture entrance exams that candidates can appear for admission to UG & PG courses offered by top agriculture colleges in India.
Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG) is a national level entrance test conducted by NTA for admission to UG programmes offered by all participating central universities of the country.
The CUET UG exam has replaced the ICAR AIEEA UG exam, conducted for admission to UG agriculture courses offered by various top agricultural universities of India.
CUET UG 2025 registration will begin in the month of February 2025 and the exam is conducted in 2nd week of May.
ICAR AIEEEA examination will be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). It is a national level exam organized for providing admissions into UG and PG agriculture programmes.
The application forms will get release via online in first week of February. The examination will be conducted in March for UG courses and in May for PG courses.

State Level Exams
Every state conduct their state level exams for admission to diploma and UG agriculture courses for admission by the colleges & universities of the state. The list of the state level agriculture entrance exams are given below:
Bihar
Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination also referred as BCECE is a state level examination organized by the BCECE Board.
Through this examination, students will get admissions in B.Sc (Agriculture) courses offered by various colleges in Bihar state. Candidates will be able to fill the application form in the month of May.
Jharkhand
Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board owes the authority to conduct the JCECE examination. It is a state level examination.
It is conducted for admissions into first year of degree level professional courses in the agriculture, engineering and other fields. The application form will get releases in November month.
Karnataka
Karnataka Examination Authority organizes the KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) examination. The examination will get conduct in the month of June. Candidates will be able to apply for this exam from April.
This examination is the gateway for admissions in agriculture courses offered by different colleges and institution in the state of Karnataka.
Kerala
Kerala Engineering, Agriculture and Medical (KEAM 2025) is a state level entrance test organized by the Commissioner of Entrance Examination (CEE), Kerala.

Madhya Pradesh

Orissa

TS EAMCET (Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture & Medical Entrance Test) is a state level examination regulated by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.
Various colleges of Telangana consider the TS EAMCET score for providing admissions in agriculture, engineering and other courses. The application form will be available from the month of March.

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantpur conducts the state level examination known as AP EAPCET. Previously known as AP EAMCET. The exam will be conducted in July (for Engineering).
