Apex Institute of Technology, Rampur

Apex Institute of Technology (AIT) is a private and self-financed institution, set up by the Rudra Bilas Educational Welfare Society. The AIT was established in the year 2007. The AIT is approved by the AICTE and MHRD, Government of India. The AIT is affiliated to the MTU, Noida. The AIT is also approved by the UP-BTE and State government of UP.

Campus:

The AIT is spread over an area of 20 acres of land with Apex College of Management and Computer Application, established in the year 2011 by the mother society. The campus is situated on the Delhi – Nainital National Highway-87 at Post Kaushalganj in Rampur, the district of UP. The AIT campus is 6 km away from the Rudrapur Railway Station, 20 km from Pantnagar airport, 40 km from Rampur City and 75 km from the Nainital.

Programmes:

The AIT offers the 4 year B.Tech programme in five disciplines in the field of engineering & technology, an MBA programme in three disciplines in the field of management study and an MCA programme.

Students & Faculty:

The AIT offers 630 seats for admission as annual intake capacity in all programmes. The institution has 33 faculty members in all departments.

Facilities:

The AIT campus has established an OPAC library with more than 25000 volumes of books, journals and titles. The campus provides separate hostel for the boys and the girls. The campus has 29 engineering laboratories and big workshop. The campus provides the facility of the cafeteria and transportation for the students.

Activities:

The AIT campus organizes the sports event as indoor and outdoor games like cricket, football, table-tennis and carom. The campus arranges and organizes the cultural activities for the student annually named Arambh, Shauraya, Umang, Zenith and Ignite.

Placement:

The AIT campus is striving hard to meet the 100% placement through campus interviews. The training & placement cell of this campus organizes the PDP, industrial training and internship. The overall placement record of the AIT Campus is good.
