KCET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

- Nationality: All applying candidates must be citizens of India.
- Appearing: Candidates appearing for qualifying examination or awaiting their results will also be eligible to apply.
For B.Tech Course:
- Qualification: To apply, candidates must have passed their 12th grade or equivalent from a recognized board.
- Subjects: Applicants need to have studied Physics, Mathematics and English along with Chemistry, Biology, or Biotechnology subject.
- Marks: Candidates must achieve a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (40% requirement for SC/ST/CAT 1, 2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B categories) in their qualifying exam.
For B.Arch. Course:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must pass 10+2 level or 10+3 level from any recognized board/ institutes to be eligible for exam.
- Scorecard: Applicants must have a valid score in the NATA exam to be eligible.
- Subjects: In the qualifying exam, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics will be compulsory subjects.
For B.Pharm Course:
- Qualification: Applicants should have passed their 12th grade or hold a diploma in Pharmacy from an Institution approved by Pharmacy council of India.
- Subjects: One must pass the qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, and either Biology or Mathematics subjects.
- Marks: Students must obtain atleast 45% marks aggregate marks (40% marks for reserved category candidates) to apply.

KCET 2026 Exam Centre

KCET 2026 Admit Card
A week prior to the date of entrance exam, the authority will issue KCET Admit Card 2026 for all the registered candidates. Hall tickets will be available for download in second week of April 2026 via online mode for all courses.
To access hall ticket, students must go through the website and login with application number. Candidates will be required to retain a physical copy of their admit card to produce on the examination day to be permitted to enter the exam hall.
KCET 2026 Answer Key
The authority will publish the provisional answer key for KCET 2026 after the completion of entrance test. KCET Answer Key 2026 will be displayed via online mode in fourth week of April 2026.
Candidates will be able to file objections, if any, against published answer key by providing supporting documents. These objections will be reviewed by an Expert Committee and the approved answer key will be used for evaluating the merit order of candidates.
KCET 2026 Result
Along with the KCET result 2026, the final answer key will also be published. The authority will announce the result in form of a merit list in third week of May 2026. Candidates will be able to access their result/merit list via online mode through login on the portal.
