AP PGECET 2026 Application Form
Here, candidates can get important information related to AP PGECET 2026 Application Form:
- Aspirants can register and fill their application form from first week of April 2026.
- Candidates will need to fill application form through online mode.
- All the required details such as qualification, hall ticket number, SSC or 10th class hall ticket number, certificate numbers etc. must be filled while filling the application form.
- Candidates will have to upload scanned images of documents like passport size photograph and signature with black pen on white paper.
- Photograph size should be uploaded in jpg/ jpeg format of 50 kb & 30 kb, respectively.
- Application form filling last date will be till fourth week of April 2026 without late fee.
- No application form will be submitted through offline or any other mode to the authority.
- Applicants are advised to take printout of the filled application form and keep it safe for future references.
Application Fee:
- Registration/ Application Fee will be submitted through online mode.
- Payment of registration fee will be done through Credit Card/Debit Card/ Net banking or AP Online services.
- Application fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

How to Apply for AP PGECET 2026
Know steps to apply for AP PGECET 2026 below:
- Step-1: Visit the AP PGECET 2026 website (link will be given above).
- Step-2: Firstly, go to the “Eligibility Criteria and Fee Payment” option.
- Step-3: Fill all the asked details including name, degree hall ticket number, date of birth, mobile number, email ID, category, sub caste etc.
- Step-4: Select payment option like Net Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card and click on “Proceed to Pay” button.
- Step-5: After successful payment, You can check your payment status by clicking “Know Your Payment Status”.
- Step-6: Now click on ‘Proceed to fill Application’ button & fill complete details.
- Step-7: In next step, upload documents i.e. passport size photograph and a signature in specific format.
- Step-8: Re-check all details filled in the application form before submitting it.
- Step-9: You can also click on modify & confirm/freeze option after submitting the application form.
- Step-10: At last, click on “Confirm” button for final submission and take printout of confirmation page.
AP PGECET 2026 Application Correction
Correction window will be opened to the candidates who have done mistakes while filling the registration form. Candidates will be able to make correction in fourth week of May 2026. AP PGECET Application Correction will be done through online mode using login details.
Candidates will be given the facility of correction in specific areas only and this facility will be made available for a limited time. Changes in details such as qualifying examination, place of birth, mother’s name, study details, gender, category, qualifying year etc will be acceptable.
AP PGECET 2026 Eligibility

- Nationality: Indian Citizen aspirants will be able to apply.
- Qualification: Aspirants must have a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from any AICTE/UGC approved institution recognised by Government of Andhra Pradesh.
- Marks: In the qualifying exam, candidates must have obtained 50% marks (45% marks for reserved category).
- Domicile: Candidates must satisfy local/non-local requirements of Andhra Pradesh State to be eligible for exam.
- Appearing: Candidates who are pursuing in final year of graduation will also be eligible to apply.
- Scorecard: Candidates having valid score card of GATE or GPAT exam will also be able to apply for AP PGECET.

- Exam Mode: Exam will be conducted in Computer Based Mode (CBT).
- Total Questions: 120 multiple choice questions will be asked.
- Paper Language: Paper will be available in English Language only.
- Type of Questions: MCQs (Objective type questions) will be available in the exam.
- Duration: Two hours will be given to the candidates to solve the paper.
- Marking Scheme: For every correct answer 1 mark will be given.
- Negative Marking: No negative marking will be there for wrong response.

AP PGECET 2026 Admit Card
AP PGECET Admit Card will be released via online mode. Candidates will get their hall ticket using login details i.e. application number & date of birth. Candidates must verify all the details printed on the hall ticket. If any discrepancy is found in the details, contact the authority immediately.
Admit card will contain details i.e. name, roll number, exam date, exam centre information etc. It will be mandatory to bring admit card on the day of examination. Candidates will have to take a printout of the admit card and keep it safe.
AP PGECET 2026 Answer Key
The answer key of AP PGECET will be made available to the candidates after the successful conduct of the exam. It will be released in second week of June 2026. The authority will also provide the facility of objection to the candidates who have any doubt regarding the AP PGECET Answer Key.
Objections will be submitted by the candidates till second week of June 2026. The final answer key will be published after all the objections are submitted. Based on the final answer key, the result will be declared.
AP PGECET 2026 Result
Result will be declared in fourth week of June 2026. AP PGECET Result will be announced via online mode on the website. Candidates will get their result through login details i.e. application number & password. Candidates must take a printout of their rank card to preserve it for future reference.

AP PGECET 2026 Cut Off
The cut off will be released along with the result or a few days after the result declaration via online mode. AP PGECET Cut Off will be released separately for AP PGECET & GATE// GPAT candidates. It will be the minimum marks that candidates should secure in the exam.
The cut off will vary from institute to institute and course to course. Based on the cut off, students will be eligible for the counselling round.
AP PGECET 2026 Counselling
AP PGECET 2026 Counselling will be conducted in different phases. It will be commenced in the month of July/ August 2026. Counselling will be conducted separately for AP PGECET & GATE qualified candidates. It will be mandatory for the candidates to participate in the counselling procedure.
Counselling will be organized in online mode. Candidates participating in the counselling will have to pay counselling fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 500/- for SC/ST). Seats will be alloted to the candidates based on their choices, merit list & availability of seats.
Candidates will need to report to the allotted institute to complete the admission formalities, once the seat allotted to them.
