Another name of JEECUP is UPJEE (Polytechnic) conducted by UPJEEC (Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination Council), Uttar Pradesh. JEECUP is conducted at state level for admission in all polytechnic institutions in UP state.

JEECUP 2026 Application Form

• JEECUP 2026 Application form will be started from January 2026.
• There will be online facility available to complete registration form, no offline method will be applicable.
• Before filling the form, candidates must fulfil the complete eligibility criteria on the website to avoid rejection.
• Applicants will be able to fill maximum four registration form i.e. Group A, Group E1, E2, Group B to K and Group L.
• Now fill the details such as educational qualification, personal details, category, exam centre, etc. in registration form.
• After filling information, upload the scanned documents such as Photograph & thumb impression in specific format i.e. JPG/ JPEG format.
• Aspirants will be able to submit the application form till 4th week of April 2026.
• Authority will also provide the facility to make correction in the form after submission from 1st week of May 2026.
• Students are advised to take a hardcopy of filled form after submitting it for further usage in admission process.

Registration Fee:

• To pay application fee, there will be both online as well as offline methods available.
• For offline method, fee will be submitted through E-challan of SBI & online method will be Debit card/ credit card/ net banking.
• Submitted fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Required Document for Application Form

While filling application form, aspirants will required following documents to be uploaded:

• Class 10th or 12th mark sheets
• Domicile Certificate
• Debit card/ credit card
• PWD Certificate (if applicable)
• Scanned Photograph, Signature
• Identity proof i.e. Aadhaar card

JEECUP 2026 Application Correction

Candidates will provide the correction facility in application form after submission. In case of any mistake in form during form filling, aspirants will be able to edit the details in edit facility. Edit window will be open via online mode.

It will be started from the first week of May 2026. Applying candidates will have to enter their login credentials to make correction in the form. There will be no offline facility available to edit the application form. After closing the edit window, no one will be eligible to make correction.

JEECUP 2026 Eligibility Criteria

It will be mandatory to fulfill the eligibility criteria before filling the form:

General Criteria:

• Upper Age Limit: The age of applying candidates will be 14 years as on 1st July 2026.
• Lower Age Limit: There will be no upper age limit to apply for the exam.
• Appearing: Those appearing candidates in their qualifying exam or waiting for the results will also be eligible to apply.
• Physical Fitness: Once should fulfill all the physical requirements given by the authority.

Couse Wise Criteria:

For Engineering & Technology Diploma:

• Qualification: From any recognized board, aspirants must have passed class 10th or its equivalent exam to be eligible.
• Marks: At least 35% marks must be secure by the candidates in their qualifying exam to apply.

For Diploma in Pharmacy:

• Qualification: To be eligible, candidates need to qualify class 10th & 12th level exam.
• Subjects: In 12th level, it will be mandatory to have Physics and Chemistry along with Mathematics/ Biology (Zoology & Botany).

For Agriculture Engineering:

• Qualification: To be eligible, candidates must pass class 10th or its equivalent exam. OR
• Passed candidates in class 12th with agriculture subject will also be eligible to apply.
• Marks: Aspirants must score 35% marks in the qualifying exam to apply.

How to Apply for JEECUP 2026

• Initially, visit the website of JEECUP (Link will be given above).
• Find “Candidate Activity Board” section in the homepage.
• Press “Online Application Form Submission for UPJEE (Polytechnic Examination 2026)” link under board section.
• On the next page, click on “Fresh Candidates Registration” button to proceed.
• Read all the given instructions carefully and press “I Agree” button.
• The registration form will appear on the screen, fill all the mandatory details in it.
• Click “Submit” button to proceed.
• After registration, system will generate the User ID or application number.
• Now start filling the application form with details such as educational qualification, communication, address, category, etc.
• Enter contact details, such as pin code, state, locality & exam centre, domicile, category in the form.
• Next steps are to upload the requisite documents i.e. Passport size photograph, signature & left thumb impression with the specific format.
• Candidates must upload images between 4KB to 200 KB & signature must be uploaded within 1KB to 30 KB. The format of documents must be JPG/ JPEG only.
• Proceed towards the “Pay application fee” section and choose your payment mode.
• In case of online fee submission, use debit card, credit card, net banking payment gateways.
• For offline method, one will have to download the e-challan while filling the form. Once the payment will be confirmed, acknowledgment page will be generated.
• Submit the fee and recheck the filled application form.
• Press the “submit” button and proceed to the further process.
• Candidates will be able to check their application status with the help of their login details.
