GATE Result 2025: IIT Roorkee has released the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2025) result today, 19th March 2025 via online mode.
The result is announced for candidates on the GOAPS portal which is available at gate2025.iitr.ac.in
To check GATE examination results, candidates are required to enter their application number/enrollment ID and password generated at the time of online registration.
The authority will release the GATE scorecard 2025 from 28th March 2025, candidates will be available to download it for free till 31st May 2025.

You can download and check your GATE 2025 result by following the steps given below:
- Visit the IIT Roorkee website.
- Click on “GOAP’s 2025 Portal” link, on the webpage.
- A login window will appear on the screen.
- Enter your application number and date of birth.
- Click on the “login” option.
- Your result will be displayed on screen.
- Check and save it for further use.

All the candidate’s information should be correct in the GATE 2025 result as it will be used at the time of GATE counselling session. On the result, details such as the candidate’s name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, registration number, pass-fail status, percentage, subject-wise marks, GATE score, and signature & photograph.

How long is the GATE score valid?
Candidate’s GATE score will be validated for three years from the date of the result announcement. Since the GATE result was released on March 19, 2025, the validity will be until March 18, 2028. After this period, they will not provide any information on the GATE 2025 score.
Between 28th March 2025 to 31st March 2025, qualified candidates can download their GATE exam scorecard free of cost from the respective website. The exam authority has advised candidates to score a soft copy of the scorecard for further use safely.

Candidates who need a softcopy after May 31, 2025, but before December 31, 2025, must pay a ₹500 fee per test paper. After January 1, 2026, authorities will no longer issue scorecards for GATE 2025 qualified candidates. The officials will not provide hard copies of the GATE Scorecard under any circumstances.
