MICAT 2025 Admission Procedure
MICAT Admission Procedure 2025 will be commenced on different dates at different campuses. The shortlisted applicants will be invited to take part in admission rounds in person. The selection procedure will include various stages of admission such as Psychometric Test, GE & PI rounds etc.
The university will conduct the GE/ PI rounds on 28th February 2025 for both the phases. Applicants will be able to appear for GE & PI rounds only after clearing the Psychometric test. The selection of applicants for admission will be done based on combined performance in CAT/ XAT/ GMAT, MICAT and GE and PI rounds.

MICAT 2025 Admission Procedure
Below, we have described the MICAT 2025 Admission procedures in detail:
Step-1: CAT/ XAT/ GMAT Scores:
To apply for MICAT 2025 exam, the first step will be to qualify any one of the entrance exam of CAT/ XAT/ GMAT with valid scores. The institute will accept applications of only CAT/ XAT/ GMAT qualified applicants.
Step-2: MICAT Examination:
Candidates who will hold a scorecard of any one of the above exams should appear for the MICAT 2025 Examination. The date and time and the exam centre location will be informed to applicants on the admit card. The entrance exam will be divided into three sections:
- Section A: Psychometric Test
- Section B: Descriptive Test
- Section C: Divergent and Convergent Thinking; Verbal Ability, Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation & General awareness
Step-3: Group Exercise & Personal Interview:
After clearing the MICAT 2025 exam, students will have to undergo Group Exercise and Personal Interview rounds. In the GE round, candidates will be judged on their performance with their allotted group members.
Those who qualify the GE round will also appear for PI, where candidate’s suitability for Creative Leadership in Strategic Marketing and Communication driven industry sectors will be accessed.
Step-4: Final List Preparation:
The institute will prepare a MICAT 2025 merit list through a 3-stage filtering process consisting of CAT/ XAT/ GMAT scores, Performance in MICAT written exam and GE & PI round. On the basis of weightage of the 3 stages, students will be allotted seats among the five campuses of MICA.
MICAT 2025 Cut Off
After a few days of announcement of the result, the institute will release the MICAT 2025 cut off scores. The cut off scores will be published via online mode on the online portal. The cut off of MICAT 2025 will be the qualifying criteria which consist of minimum required marks for the selection of eligible applicants.
Candidates those who meet the required cut off marks will be considered eligible to participate in the further admission procedures. As per the cut off marks, students will be called for Group Exercise and personal interview round.
MICAT 2025 Seat Allotment & Admission
The seat allotment of MICAT 2025 will be released by the university via online mode. Based on the weightage of CAT/ XAT/ GMAT scores, MICAT scores and performance in GE & PI round, the institutes will prepare a final merit list.
Those who will be shortlisted in the final merit list will be given seats among the MICA campuses located across five cities: Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Kolkata. The seats in MICA campuses will be given as per the choices of courses & branches filled by the candidates.
