Every year, Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science (HITS) conducts this entrance exam for admission to various Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses. Admission will also be given through national/state level entrance examination.

HITSEEE 2025 Application Form

Candidates must go through the complete instructions before applying for HITSEEE 2025 Application Form:

• The registration form filling will be started in third week of December 2024.
• Applicants will have to fill the HITSEEE 2025 application form through online mode only.
• Candidates must ensure to meet the eligibility criteria to be allowed to apply for exam.
• The name of the candidate, their parent’s /guardian’s name and date of birth must be same as given in candidate’s 10th certificate. 
• Application form will be filled with details like personal, academic qualification, communication details etc.
• Students must fill in correct details in the application form, as any wrong information will lead to rejection of application. 
• All the documents such as photograph and signature uploaded in registration form must be in jpeg/jpg  format.
• The correction facility to make changes or edits in any details will not be provided.
• The closing date of HITSEEE 2025 Application Form will be till fourth week of April 2025.
• After completing the form, applicants must take a printout of filled in application form for future references.

Application Fee:

• Application Fee of HITSEEE 2025 will be Rs.1200/- for each candidate.
• Applicants will have to pay the fee using online mode only.
• Students will have to deposit using debit card, credit card or via net banking.
• Once fee will be submitted, no request for refund will be entertained.

HITSEEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants will be required to meet the given eligibility criteria before applying for HITSEEE 2025:

General Criteria: 

• Nationality: Only those students who are residents of India will be eligible to apply.
• Age Limit: Those students who have born on or after 1st July 2005 will be eligible to apply for HITSEEE 2025.

For B.Tech Program:

• Qualification: Applicants must have passed Intermediate level or any equivalent examination from any recognized board to be eligible for exam.
• Marks: An average of 50% marks must be obtained by candidates in their 10+2 level.
• Subjects: One must have passed the qualifying examination with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects and any one of Chemistry/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Engineering Graphics as major subjects.

For B.Arch Program:

• Qualification: Applying candidates must have completed their 10+2 level from any recognised board to apply for exam.
• Marks: Candidates should have secured 50% marks in their qualifying examination to be eligible to apply.
• Subjects: To be eligible, applicants must have passed 12th standard with Mathematics and Physics as mandatory subjects and any one of Chemistry/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Engineering Graphics as major subjects.
• Scorecard: Students must have valid scores in NATA or JEE (Main) Paper-2 to be considered eligible for exam.

For B.Des Program:

• Qualification: Candidates must have completed their 12th level examination from any recognized board to be eligible for exam.
• Marks: A minimum of 50% marks must be obtained by candidates in their qualifying examination.

How to Apply for HITSEEE 2025

Students must follow the given step by step procedure to apply for HITSEEE 2025:

• Go through the HITSEEE website (Link will be provided above).
• For registration, enter name, email address, mobile number, address details etc.
• Then, click on “Register” link to receive an OTP.
• Enter the generated OTP in space given and click on “Verify” button.
• Once verified, a login ID will be generated.
• Login using the login ID and start filling the application form.
• Fill in all the particulars such as academic qualification, category, personal details etc.
• After entering the details, proceed to upload scanned documents like photograph and signature in jpg/jpeg format.
• Once application form is completed, candidates must review all the details carefully.
• Pay the prescribed application fee using online payment gateways.
• Payment gateways will include credit card, debit card, net banking etc. 
• At last, take a printout of filled in application form for future references.
