OUCET 2025 Application Form

Candidates must go through the important instructions before filling the OUCET application form 2025:

• Students will be able to register in the third week of May 2025.
• OUCET (CGPET) 2025 application form will be released through online mode.
• It will be mandatory for applicants to ensure the eligibility criteria of a particular course they are applying for.
• Fill the application form by providing candidate’s personal, qualification, communicational details etc.
• Students must keep ready the scanned images of passport size photograph, signature, caste certificate, etc. while filling the application form.
• The university will also provide correction facility from last week of June 2025 to edit mistakes in application form.
• Applicants will be able to fill application form till the third week of June 2025.
• Students must take a printout of CGPET application form and keep it safe for future reference.

Application Fee:

• OUCET (CGPET) application fee will be paid via online mode. 
• Candidates will be able to make payment by using debit card/ credit card/ Internet banking.
• Candidates will also be allowed to submit fee via TS/ AP Online Centres.
• Application fee will be non- refundable once paid.

OUCET 2025 Application Correction

The university will open a correction window in the fourth week of June 2025. In case of any error found in application form, then applicants will be able to make corrections within a stipulated time period.

Correction facility will be provided only once, so candidates are advised to edit the application form carefully. No further opportunity will be provided to candidates once the application form is submitted. The corrections will be done through online mode.

OUCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Below applicants can check out the following eligibility criteria of OUCET (CGPET) 2025:

For M.A Courses:

• Qualification: Students should have a bachelor’s degree in BA from any recognized university/ institute.
• Marks: To be eligible, candidates will need to obtain minimum 40% marks in qualifying examination.

For M.Sc. Courses:

• Qualification: Applicants must have completed graduation in Science stream from any recognized university/ institute.
• Marks: Students should have scored at least 40% marks in graduation to be eligible.

For MBA (5 year Integrated) programme:

• Qualification: Candidates should have passed class 12th (Intermediate or equivalent) from a recognized board.
• Marks:  Students will be required to obtain minimum 50% marks in qualifying exam.

For M.Ed programme:

• Qualification: Applicants must have passed bachelors’ in B.Ed. or equivalent from a recognized university/ institute. 
• Marks: To be eligible, students must score a minimum of 55% marks (50% marks for SC/ST/BC category candidates.

Students must follow the given step-by-step procedure to apply for OUCET 2025:

• Click on “Application Fee Payment” link.
• First, submit the application fee through available payment gateways.
• Students will be able to check Application Fee Payment Status by clicking on the given link on website.
• Once the fee is submitted, the candidate will receive a Reference ID.
• On the homepage, in Application section click on “Fill Application Form”.
• Now, enter Payment Reference ID, Hall ticket number, mobile number and date of birth to complete the process. 
• Click on “Proceed to Fill Application” link.
• Start filling the application form by providing candidate’s personal, contact, category, qualification details etc.
• Also, upload the scanned copy of required documents within specific size and format.
