- Anna University 2025 registration form has been released via online mode.
- Candidates are able to apply from 24th January 2025 for PG courses.
- For UG courses, application form will be made available in the third week of May 2025.

Anna University 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must check out the eligibility criteria of Anna University 2025:
For B.Tech Course:
- Nationality: Students who have passed class 8th to 10th from Tamil Nadu state will not need to show a Nativity certificate.
- Qualification: Applicants must have passed class 12th or equivalent from a recognized board are eligible to apply.
- Marks: Students are required to obtain at least 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category) in qualifying exam.
- Subject: It is mandatory to have PCM subjects in Intermediate level.
- Selection: Applicants need to qualify TNEA admission procedure to be eligible for admission.
For M.Tech Courses:
- Qualification: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university/ institute.
- Students who have passed B.Pharm degree programme OR (B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Arch/ B.Pharm) OR Master’s degree in relevant branch of Science, Arts which are prescribed OR 10+2+ AIME* 10+3 years diploma (awarded by the State Board of Technical Education) + AIME* are eligible to apply.
- Marks: To be eligible, one must obtain 50% marks (45% marks for reserved category) in qualifying exam.
