UKSEE Registration 2025: Check Apply Dates, Eligibility Criteria

UKSEE 2025 Registration will be started in first week of June 2025 for B.Tech/B. Pharm (LE) courses. UKSEE (Uttarakhand State Entrance Exam) entrance exam has been scrapped. Now, this admission procedure is organised on the basis of merit of qualifying exam scores or various national level entrance exams.

This admission procedure is organised at state level once a year by the Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technical University (UTU) for candidates desirous to seek admission in various UG/PG courses such as B.Tech/B.Pharma/LLB/M.Tech./MBA/ M.Pharm etc. Students interested for admission in B.Tech courses must have valid JEE main scores.

UKSEE 2025 Application Form

Read complete instructions carefully before filling up the UKSEE 2025 application form:

• Students will have to fill their application form through online mode only.
• The registration and choice filling process of 1st round will be started in first week of June 2025 for B.Tech/B.Pharm lateral entry.
• For first year of B.Tech/UG/PG courses, application form and choice filling will be started in second week of June 2025.
• Applicants must ensure before filling the application form that they fulfill the eligibility requirements for admission.
• Fill in complete details such as ID proof details, valid contact number and email ID in the application form.
• Applicants will have to upload a passport size photograph and signature along with necessary documents as per the given specifications.
• Candidates are advised to re-check the information provided in the application form, as there will be no option for editing the entries after final submission.
• After submitting the form, candidates will be required to download and take the print of the submitted application form for future correspondence.

Application Fee:

• Application fee of UKSEE 2025 will be submitted via online mode only.
• Applicants have to submit an amount of Rs.2000/- as an application fee.
• Candidates have to use debit card/credit card or net banking payment methods.
• Fee once paid will fee once paid shall not be refunded in any case, in any case.

UKSEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates are advised to satisfy mentioned eligibility criteria before applying for UKSEE 2025:

B.Tech- Lateral Entry:

• Qualification: Candidates must have completed a 3 years/2 years diploma in Engineering of SBTE from any AICTE approved institutions.  
• Applicants who hold a three years B.Sc. Degree from any recognized university will also be eligible.
• Marks: Students who have obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) will be eligible to apply. 
• Subjects: Candidates must have passed their 12th standard examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects.

For  B.Pharm Courses:

• Qualification: Applicants must have qualified in 12th grade examinations from any recognized board.
• Marks: Applicants must have secured a minimum of 45% marks (40% in case of reserved category) to be eligible for exam.
• Subjects: Students must have passed the qualifying examination with English as one of the subjects and PCM/PCMB as mandatory subjects.

For M.Tech Courses:

• Qualification: Candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any relevant field from any recognised university/institute. 
• Marks: In the qualifying examination, applicants must have obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) to be eligible.

How to Apply for UKSEE 2025

Applicants will have to follow the given steps to apply for UKSEE 2025:

• Go through the website of UKSEE (link will be available above).
• From the counselling portal, navigate to the link for “Registration of Candidates”. 
• Select the courses applying for and fill in details like Name, Father’s & Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Mobile No, Email ID and Captcha code in respective fields.
• After furnishing the asked details, Click on “Register” button.
• Enter the OTP sent on registered mobile no /email ID and thereafter, click on “Verify” button.
• Once the verification is done, login credentials will be shared  through SMS & Email.
• Login to the portal by using their User ID & Password and click on “Sign-In” button.
• Tap on the “Application Form” button given on the screen.
• Fill the application form with personal, educational qualifications and other required details.
• After filling above details, click on “Save & Next” button and you will be redirected to next step. 
• Applicants will have to upload a recent passport size photograph, signature and ID proof as specified.
• The file size of photograph and signature must not be more than 100KB and 2MB for ID proof in JPG/JPEG format.
• After uploading above documents, click on “Save & Next” button and preview the filled details thoroughly.
• Now, pay the prescribed application fee through online mode and proceed to choice filling option.
• Applicants have to provide their choices of Institute Status(Private/Government), Institute Name and Branch Name.
• After filling choices, click on “Final Submit & Proceed” to Payment button. 
• And, download and take a printout of filled application form for further references.
