KMAT Karnataka 2025 Application Form
Applicants must go through the important guidelines before filling KMAT Karnataka application form 2025:
- Students will be able to fill application form in the first week of June 2025.
- KMAT Karnataka 2025 registration form will be released through online mode.
- Before filling application form, applicants must ensure that they must be eligible for exam.
- Candidates will be able to fill application form by entering their personal, educational, communicational details etc.
- Also, students must upload the scanned images of photograph and signature within a prescribed size and format.
- There will be no correction facility provided by the candidates to edit mistakes in application form after submission.
- The last date to submit application form will be in the fourth week of November 2025.
- Students must keep a hard copy of application form for future reference.

- Candidates will be required to submit Rs. 850/-.
- Application fee will be paid by using various payment methods such as debit card/ credit card/ net banking/ wallet or UPI.

For MBA/ PGDM Course:
- Qualification: Applicants should have passed bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university/ institute to apply.
- Marks: To be eligible, candidates must have scored at least 50% aggregate marks (45% marks for reserved category) in graduation.
For MCA Course:
- Qualification: Applying candidates must be graduated in any discipline from a recognized university/ institute.
- Marks: To be eligible, candidates must have scored at least 50% aggregate marks (45% marks for reserved category) in graduation.
- Subject: Students must have Mathematics subject in class 12th or graduation.
- Appearing: Applicants appearing in final year of graduation will also be eligible to apply.

Students must follow the given step by step procedure to apply for KMAT Karnataka 2025:
- Visit the KMAT Karnataka website (link will be given above).
- Click on “KMAT Karnataka 2025 Application” option.
- Now, press on “New Candidate Registration” link.
- Choose an appropriate course from the drop down.
- Enter the asked details such as name, date of birth, gender, email address, mobile number etc.
- Select the nativity by birth/ domicile.
- Click on “Submit” button and then “Continue” tab.
- Now, press on “Login” option.
- Students will receive a message for “new candidate login” to registered email ID.
- Login with the given login credentials i.e generated user ID and password.
- Fill the application form by providing required information such as personal, communicational, academic details etc.
- Enter the permanent address carefully.
- Now, preview all the entered details in application form.
- Click on “Save and Next” option.
- Upload the scanned images of passport size photograph and signature within a specific size and format.
- Photographs must be uploaded in between 5KB to 200KB.
- Now click on “Payment” button.
- Submit the application fee through Credit card, Debit card, Net Banking, Wallet or UPI.
