AP ECET (Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test) is conducted for Diploma and for B.Sc Degree Holders to offer admission in 2nd year of UG degree courses in field of Engineering, Technology, Pharmacy, and B.Sc Mathematics. AP ECET 2025 Application Form

• Registration and application form filling will be started in second week of March 2025.
• Candidates will have to fill AP ECET 2025 Application Form through online mode only.
• During registration fee payment, applicants will have to provide details like Hall Ticket Number, Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, E-Mail ID, Category etc.
• Details provided at the time of registration fee payment will not be rectified or edited under any circumstances.
• Applicants will be required to enter personal, qualification and correspondence address details while filling the application form.
• Candidates must re-inspect entire application form to correct or modify any errors in saved application form.
• Upload a passport size photograph and signature in jpg/jpeg format with a size not less than 50kb and 30kb, respectively.
• The authority will also provide an application correction facility in fourth week of April 2025.
• Last date to submit application form without late fee will be till second week of April 2025.
• Take a printout of filled application form and keep it safe for future reference.

Application Fee:

• Payment of AP ECET 2025 Application fee will be accepted through online mode only.
• Fee will be transacted through AP Online services or through Credit Card/Debit Card/ Net banking gateways.
• Students must note that application fee will be non-refundable, in any case.

Here are some important documents to be uploaded in AP ECET 2025 application form:

• Diploma/ Degree marksheets
• Birth Certificate / SSC or Equivalent Certificate

• Residence certificate for preceding 7 years from the admission date etc.

AP ECET 2025 Correction

In case of any errors found in specific details furnished in application form, applicants will be eligible to correct them from the correction window. Candidates will be able to edit application form in fourth week of April 2025 for a limited time period. 

Candidates will be able to correct specific details only like Name, Father’s Name, Signature, DOB, Photograph, Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket No., Category etc. For items that cannot be changed by candidates, a written request will be sent to convenor of AP ECET 2025 through email along with valid documents.

AP ECET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Students applying for AP ECET 2025 must satisfy mentioned eligibility requirements:

• Nationality: Applicants must be Indian National.
• Domicile: Applying candidates must be permanent residents of Andhra Pradesh state and satisfy local/non-local status requirements.
• Qualification: One must have obtained a Diploma in Engineering & Technology/ Pharmacy from SBTE of Andhra Pradesh State or any other Diploma from an AICTE approved institution recognised by AP Govt. as equivalent.
• Applying candidates must hold a 3-year B.Sc. degree with Mathematics as one of the subjects from a recognized University or its equivalent.
• Marks: Students must have passed their qualifying degree/diploma with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to BC/SC/ST) to be eligible.

How to Apply for AP ECET 2025

• Firstly, go through AP ECET website (link will be given above).
• On the homepage, click on “Eligibility Criteria and Fee Payment” tab.
• Fill in details like Hall Ticket Number, Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, E-Mail ID, Category etc.
• Select the payment options and pay the prescribed registration fee by clicking on “Pay” button.
• After confirmation of successful payment of Registration Fee, go back to homepage.
• Fill the registration form by selecting “ Fill Application” tab.
• Enter details like Payment ID, Qualifying exam Hall ticket number, mobile number & DOB and tap on “Proceed to fill application” tab.
• Fill in personal, academic qualification, address and other required details.
• Then, upload a passport size photograph in jpg/jpeg format with a size not less than 50 kb and scanned signature with a size not less than 30 kb.
• Once all details are filled, click on “Save” or “Preview/Submit” button.
• On clicking “Preview/Submit” button, completed application form will be displayed on screen.
• Candidates must preview all furnished details and select the checkbox after reading declaration at the end of page.
• At last, Click on “Confirm/Freeze” button for submitting an application.
• Aspirants are suggested to take a printout of filled application form for future references.
