Board conducts this entrance exam at state level every year for students of HSC science streams of the group A (Maths) ,B (Biology) and AB (Maths & Biology). • Registration form of GUJCET 2025 can be filled by candidates via online mode. 
• Starting date of registration and form filling is 17th December 2024.
• Candidates are advised to go through the complete eligibility criteria before filling the application form.
• Registration process can be completed by entering basic details like name, mobile number, email ID etc.
• Candidates have to fill a single application form only. In case of multiple attempts, application will be rejected.
• While filling the form, applicants have to provide details i.e. personal, academic, contact and correspondence address details.
• A passport size photograph and signature of applicants is also uploaded in application form as per prescribed size and format.
• Candidates must upload the recent passport size photograph in less than 50kb size in jpeg/ jpg format.

Application Fee:

• GUJCET 2025 Application Fee can be submitted via online mode. 
• Payment can be done through SBIepay systems i.e. debit card/ credit card/ net banking or through SBI Branch Payment.
• Candidates have to pay Rs. 350/- as an application fee.
• Fee is non-refundable, in any case.

GUJCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates are required to fulfill the given eligibility criteria to apply for GUJCET 2025:

• Qualification: To be eligible, applicants must have completed 12th level or equivalent exam from any recognised board.
• Subjects: Candidates must have passed the qualifying examination with PCM for Engineering and PCM/ PCB for Pharmacy courses.
• Marks: Applicants should have secured 45% marks (40% marks in case of reserved category) to be eligible for GUJCET.
• Appearing: One who is appearing for their qualifying examination in the year of admission are also be eligible to apply.

How to Apply for GUJCET 2025

Here are the step by step procedures to apply for GUJCET 2025:

• Go to the GUJCET 2025 website (link is given above).
• Press on “New Candidates Registration” tab .
• Enter asked details i.e. name, parent’s name, gender, mobile number etc.
• Then, create an 8-digit password as prompted (containing 1 capital & 1 small letter, 1 numerical value, and !special character). 
• Enter the captcha code as shown on the screen in the given space.
• Now, validate 5-digit OTP sent on the registered email ID & number.
• Go back to the main page, enter user ID & password and press the “Login” button.
• Tap on the “Payment” tab given on the screen.
• Pay the prescribed amount of application fee through “SBIepay” or “SBI branch payment option”.
• After successful payment, an option to fill the online application form will appear on the screen.
• Start filing the application form with details i.e. personal details, academic qualifications, address etc.
• Then, select the subject group ‘A’, ‘B’ And ‘AB’.
• In the next step, upload documents like the latest scanned passport size-photograph and signature in the given format and size.
• Save the details by clicking on “Save” button, filled application form will be displayed on the screen.
• Preview all the details filled in application form carefully and make required changes.
• Once previewed, press the “Submit” button to submit the application form.
• In the end, retain a copy of submitted application form to be used in future correspondence.
