 Gujarat ITI 2025 Application Form has been released from 26th April 2025. Click here to apply online.

This admission procedure is organised once a year for those candidates seeking admission in Engineering & Non-Engineering ITI trades at Government and Private ITIs located within Gujarat state. The selection of eligible candidates will be strictly based on merit scores obtained in the previous qualifying examination.

Gujarat ITI 2025 Application Form

Candidate must checkout important instructions related to Gujarat ITI 2025 from below:

• Applicants will be able to fill the Gujarat ITI 2025 application form in fourth week of May 2025.
• The application form will be filled by candidates via online mode only. No other modes for submission of registration form will be permitted.
• Candidates will be considered for ITI admission only after meeting the prescribed eligibility  norms. 
• While filling the application form, applicants will have to enter details like personal, communicational and qualification details
• Candidates will have to upload their recent passport size photograph in a file size between 25 KB to 100 KB.
• Other documents like signatures and marksheet will also be uploaded in application form. 
• Once the application is confirmed, no corrections will be made in the information.
• Candidates will be able to submit their application only till fourth week of June 2025.
• A copy of filled in application form and fee receipt must be retained by candidates for further references.

Application Fee:

• Registration fee of Rs.50/- to be submitted via online mode.
• UPI/Debit card/Credit card/Net banking will be the online methods of payment.
• Application fee deposited by candidates will be non-refundable in nature.

Gujarat ITI 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must go through the complete eligibility criteria before applying for Gujarat ITI 2025:

• Nationality: An Indian National citizen will be considered for admission.
• Domicile: Applicants must have a Gujarat state domicile certificate issued by competent authority.
• Age: Candidate’s minimum age must be 14 years or above as on 1st August 2025 to be eligible for admission.
• Qualification: Applying candidates must have passed 10th level examination from any recognised board to be eligible to apply.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing for their qualifying exams in 2025 will also be eligible.

• Go through the Gujarat ITI website (link will be available above).
• Press the “Apply For New Registration” tab from the home screen.
• Complete registration form by entering details like name, email ID, phone number and OTP verification.
• After completing registration process, a registration number will be generated. 
• Login to portal to fill the online application form.
• All the required personal details and educational details will have to be filled in application form.
• Upload necessary documents such as scanned copy of passport size photograph and signature in prescribed format.
• Candidates must review the application form by clicking on  “Preview Application” button.
• After confirming the details, click on “submit” button .
• Pay the application fee using UPI/debit card/credit card/net banking methods.
• Lastly, take a printout of filled application form and fee receipt for future correspondence.
